item did not work because when trying to initialize, it appears somebody else had initialize it already

No instructions with it. Search google to find a manual and complicated instructions. Then did not work. Returning it.

Works pretty good to locare my keys and even.rings my phone when it's misplaced. Doesn't seem to have much range

Does what it says. Easy to setup. Loud and clear when using the app to find. The car keys will never disappear again!

Great air tag. Works well to find your luggage. Smarthings App is already on your Samsung phone.

This tracker has been very effective at tracking my horse, Billy Bob, who loves to travel across the Amazon rainforest by himself looking for the best tropical fruits. Next year he plans to take a backpacking trip across Europe to find the best wheat based beverages.

Samsung has pretty much perfected the 2nd Gen Smarttag. Its overall design is much better, and the location tracking is super accurate thanks to the UWB technology. The ability to double press the button on the tag to find your Galaxy smartphone is genuis and very convenient.

They work as advertised,they do the job i need them to do. I can track my things that need to be tracked. E/Z set-up.

I bought the Smartag2 to track my luggage while traveling but found out while testing it that it only covers a short distance otherwise a great choice for tracking miss place keys and other items. Easy to configure and use. I would not recommend this item for tracking luggages.

I recently used this on my dog's crate while traveling overseas. It worked perfectly to track her movement through the airports as we made our way. I love this little thing. Easy to set up and use as well.

Samsung improved upon their tracking tag and I love the new features. Being able to get turn-by-turn directions to your tag is awesome. The improved battery life is much appreciated.

It seems to work pretty well. I'm waiting to test it better and we'll see what happens and goes from there

Very convenient for tracking important items. I got 6 and im happy with the accuracy. All of them working flawless. The only cons is only work with Samsung phones.

This is my second time purchasing this 4 pack of smart tag 2. The first set I gave 1 to every one in my family. They all love the features so much that I bought another. I also plan on using it to keep track of all our luggage on an upcoming trip. With the airlines making a lot of mistakes lately, knowing I will have an idea of where my things are is comforting. That in itself is worth the purchase cost

Bought it for my car. Pretty accurate. The only difficult thing is downloading the app for it. Its tge smart things app.

It’s so convenient to have this handing with your keys so you don’t lose them. The set up was very easy.
