Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy SmartTag2 is compatible with Galaxy devices that have Android 11.0 or higher/ ultra-wideband (UWB) enabled Galaxy smartphones like the Galaxy Note20 Ultra, S21+ and Ultra, S22+ and Ultra, S23+ and Ultra, Z Fold2 and up. Without having more information available and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I suggest contacting Samsung Support if you would like any further assistance. If you have lost something and your Galaxy SmartTag2 is attached to it, you can switch on Search Nearby and get guided instructions to your item's location via Compass View. If you still don't see it, just ring your Galaxy SmartTag2 to have it send out an audible signal. With its intuitive tracking experience, you now have a way to keep track of things you love right in the palm of your hand. Not the best tracker

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy SmartTag2 keeps freezing or slowing down, remove the battery and reinsert it. If needed, you can also reset your SmartTag2. Here's how: 1. Insert the ejection pin supplied with the product or a clip into the battery tray hole and pull out the battery tray gently from the battery tray slot. 2. After pressing and releasing the button once, insert the battery tray into the battery tray slot while pressing the button again. 3. Hold the button for more than 7 seconds until the product makes a sound. If the battery has not been properly recognized, the product will make a sound immediately after inserting the battery. If this happens, try the method again. Please ensure the SmartTag2 is properly connected to your phone's network and that the SmartThings app is up to date. Also try clearing the SmartThings app's cache and data, or even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance afterward, please feel free to contact Support at your earliest convenience. The SmartThings Tracker utilizes GPS and LTE technology, allowing it to be tracked anywhere with cellular connection coverage. When the tracker's location is being reported in the SmartThings app, a circle will appear around the estimated area. While there may be slight variations in the estimated location, this circle provides an accurate approximation of its current position. Since the SmartThings Tracker relies on cellular LTE data to send its location to the SmartThings Cloud, its estimated location can vary based on the signal strength in the area. For instance, if the tracker is located in a densely populated area during peak hours, the cellular signal might be weaker. Consequently, depending on both signal strength and network traffic, it may take anywhere from several seconds to several minutes for location updates to appear in the SmartThings app. If you continue to experience this, please be sure to reach out to us at Support for additional assistance. -Kelvin

No email verification sent to my email once signed up, my husband and I followed the same steps as instructed and nothing worked. I threw away the box it came in with to return it to the store and have my full refund the same day but no box no refund unfortunately. So sad I lost a few bucks

And control other devices, send a notification to someone else and more (after you set it up to do so)!!! No other SUBSCRIPTION FREE tracking device can compare or compete-PERIOD!!!!

Next year he plans to take a backpacking trip across Europe to find the best wheat based beverages.

Its overall design is much better, and the location tracking is super accurate thanks to the UWB technology. The ability to double press the button on the tag to find your Galaxy smartphone is genuis and very convenient.

Easy to configure and use. I would not recommend this item for tracking luggages.
