This device is really awesome. Saves me a lot of frustration with finding my keys. Only issue is i keep having to uninstall the app after a system phone uodate.

Bought for my backpack. Works as should. Hopefully i can not lose it.

The First One didnt work took it back and exchanged it .This Second one works like a charm so Happy , lets me know where it is .going to get another one for my Purse .Thank You So Much .Great Product

I purchased a packet of 4. One for my wallet and 3 more for keys. They hooked up to my system easily. They seem to be working well. I have had then for about 8 weeks.

Used these for a recent trip, interesting to see where things were as the luggage moved between terminals. Easy to set up and use.

Great product but i may need an updated version of the same product.

The tracking is either REALLY good or REALLY bad. It takes a while to refresh the location sometimes but the app provides and exact address.

So far so good. Bought for my dog in case he got out. Location seems to be pretty accurate. Will also use on luggage later when we travel again.

Setup was easy, my son made a samsung account and then he was able to share it to my account so we can both be able to track his medical bag if he leaves it somewhere. We haven't had to use it yet, but it worked at setup.

Range is far better than expected and the durability for such a small item is next level! Absolutely love it!

Great product to use when traveling domestic or abroad. The notification alert is also great for all who seek reassurances your luggage willn be delivered as expected.

My only complaint with this would be the finish of the product. They are definitely not as durable as a airtag. I personally like the design, features, and funtion, but i would recommend getting a case if you expect to get a long life out of it. Overall good!

I had these for a while now they are very useful i found my lost keys a few times around the house now.

I bought this so I can track my son so I know he is safe. I put it in his uniform pants. This tracker do not pinpoint the place he is only the vicinity. It pulls off of other phones he is near. So, instead of giving me exact address when he is in school, it will give me across the street from school or near the school. It only seems to give me the exact address when I am physical at his school with my phone.

Setup is extremely easy as long as you already have the SmartThings app installed. The tag works as intended. It will check-in every so often to log it on the app. Bring able to view the tags history is great.

Seems accurate to locate an item once connected. All connected for me by Geek squad . Easy for Best Buy to connect for you before you leave the store. May not be as easy for a regular petson to connect and name

SmartTag2 works great! If you have a galaxy phone this one is for you! Better location than the T*le tracker and shows tracking history without extra fees. Much easier to set up and plays well with Alex@.

Great buy...should have bought this sooner so that I would be able to find my keys easier
