BEST BUY STEALS & LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

I brought the item right back into store and when i went to return they wouldnt exchange because it was open box.. what a joke. I'll never buy anything from best buy again. Very rude and hassling me over a $32.45 Purchase.

I travel frequently, and it is the best way to ensure your bags get to where theyre going without guessing or panic. Just make sure that when youre not using them, you power save through the app or remove the battery.

We eventually figured it out and they work good. She has more peace of mind knowing that she can keep track of her keys, truck, ect.

They did have some trouble with setting them up the first time though

The chime is distinct and loud enough for you to hear it several rooms away. I had to buy more for my kids. They love it too.

I like the fact that i can have it alery me if i leave my wallet behind. There are tons of other features including setting routines if you have a smart home and use smarthings.

It did not work with it as it only works with Samsung phones. Too bad, it would be nice to have this tracking device for my luggage, keys, and wallet.

Not for live navigation

It do gice some location but exact location or live navigation is not so good.
