    Incredible Tablet at an affordable price. The apple stuff is just plain bad, so it wasn't even an option. I could have jumped to a microsoft tablet but it was way over priced. This is the perfect balance of priced well and highly efficient.

    I picked this up as an open box excellent. The quality is very good. I was torn between this and the ultra version but the 13 in version is plenty. I have had no issues iwth software slowdown and plan on using it an a wireless monitor when streaming.

    It's an amazing tablet! It doesn't take a second to upload videos even on a public Internet network, the screen is big, the pencil is regular size, the battery lasts 2 to 3 days, depending on the usage.

    The screen broke a little too easy, and unfortunately it was something that couldn't be fixed - only replaced. So if you don't buy the warranty, you have to replace the device yourself. It's a good device, sometimes slow. But I did end up repurchasing it (256 GB this time) just disappointed.

    My new tablet has been more challenging than I thought it would be. I am having problems with turning it off even though I have asked for help. A family member will be visiting next week and I hope I will be able to have input on my concerns. As far as employee assistance that was 5 stars.
