I always buy Samsung for my ssds, they have the best performance and while they may be a bit pricier, they are definitely worth it. My games have almost no load time at all. I used this to play my best games as i want to have as minimal load times as possible. I put my os on this and my pc boots in seconds. It’s also extremely easy to install. Be sure to install it properly with all the screws and stand offs or your pc will not power on; it’s a safety mechanism.

tools show the speed is what they claimed it would be. no issue as refurbished, probably brand new, and returned. I use this as my OS drive, and PC bios takes longer to boot than the OS. win10 good drive

While I normally use Amazon or eBay with off-brand SSDs (for cost reasons), I went with this Samsung SSD mainly because Best Buy could deliver faster than Amazon to my address. I put this in a HP t740 "Thin Client", which I am using as a firewall for my home network. Unlike the stock HP eMMC, this Samsung SSD is detected by OPNsense and other FreeBSD-based systems like pfSense, HardenedBSD, and FreeBSD itself. I haven't had one issue with this SSD since I put it in the HP.

The 970 Evo Plus M.2 has a much faster response time and handles many of my programs much more efficiently than my old Samsung 850 SSD, that was also a 250gb model. While most of the benefits are going to be on the back end, I feel that there is an an added smoothness to most of my programs that wasnt there before. *As this is a refurbished drive, it only had about 20gb of previous use according to Samsung Magician.

I am always skeptical about purchasing used / refurbished electronics, but the M.2 drive that I received works great. This drive runs my OS, loads apps, read and write files at really fast speeds. Make sure to download Samsung Magician software if you want to see the performance, condition, and diagnostics for your drive. The drive that I received has near 2TB of read/write usage, 200 hours, and less than 100 power on counts (I have an 840 Pro that previously ran my OS and it has way more usage, but still works great).

I upgraded from a USB-C 2.5" external hard drive to store my Steam library to this NVMe drive on an external USB-C adapter. Initially, it was because I wanted a lighter weight option than a 2.5" drive, but I was blown away at its transfer speeds even while using a USB-C adapter. This makes the best little external drive out there.

This M.2 SSD is the primary OS drive in my computer. There were no issues with the recognition of the drive and windows 10 installed without problems. I did add a 2 year Geek Squad warranty for $4.99 and the total price was still very competitive. There is no original packaging with this product check and record the S/N before installation.

2nd one of these as I transition my computers from SSD boot and OS drives to the newer M.2 standard.. thing is lightning fast and I like the software you can download on the Samsung website for migrating your boot drive and OS..

Was able to pick this up for $45 for my husband who is looking to build his first PC from scratch. We are looking to build it on a tight budget, so to get a fast SSD for less than $50 was a no brainer to hold the OS. Going to probably supplement with a Barracuda 2-4TB HDD for capacity.

The Samsung Evo Plus is probably the fastest and most reliable gen 3 nvme ssd. If your motherboard supports nvme 4.0 there are a few upgraded options in the market, but for 90% of people this will do the trick.

purchased this since I was having issues with Windows, got it refurbished to test the waters and works as new. speeds are faster than my old ssd load times from reboot are about half the time and easy to install if you know what you're doing ,

Amazing speed and quality. Samsung does it again. Would have liked the larger version to take advantage of more speed, but this one is suitable as a standalone boot drive. It's great!

I installed this PCI SSD last month and I'm very impressed with the performance. Samsung Magician can be downloaded from the Web. Magician has handy tools and tests.

This is ok but its only 250gb. I put into my desktop and not sure if it works but says its there. I would just get 500gb or more. I was being cheap it cost around 40 dollars.
