Came in an anti static bag, original box, everything one would expect. For more information regarding performance, refer to the “new” product page as this performs exactly as Inteded.

Working great so far

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.About two weeks ago, I installed this drive into my "Geek Squad certified" open-box laptop (Intel i7, 12Gb RAM) that has given me nothing but problems, ran extremely slow, and often got stuck with 100% disk usage and it now boots up ready to use in under 30 seconds every time.

Not a 970 EVO Plus
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The box that the SSD came in was that of a Samsung 970 EVO Plus, however after opening it up the SSD stick clearly was NOT a 970 EVO Plus. A quick Google search of the model number shows that it's a generic Samsung PM981.

Don't buy refurbished!

The hassle of returns and money back. To take the item back out of the computer and reinstall a new one. Get a new one with a 5 year warranty.
