    Love the unit itself. Disappointed that Best Buy sold it as an Open Box but did not mention the items missing. I have purchased Open Box items before and always knew ahead of time... missing the cables for this one was a big disappointment. Best Buy support was no help... "Go to the store- they will have cables for you" Nope. "We suggest you return it for another open box." Nope- they don't even stock it new. "You can buy new cables." Yeah... I bought an open box to save a little. Buying the cables I need makes it more expensive than buying a new one.

    Although a very good monitor the OS Tizen and apps are overbearing getting in the way of running the same apps on the laptop or desktop. Lots of conflicts.

    Biggest issue is the lack of source button on tbe remote and the delay in response on the toggle behind the screen. It makes changing from PC #1 on usb-c to pc #2 on hdmi extremely cumbersome. Also, this monitor is supposed to work like “a hub” but cannot down stream key board mouse /mouse to pc #2. Also. Had to buy an external microphone because to many complaints on teams call about my mic quality. Thats kind annoying for this price point and all in one mic and webcam kinda the reason to buy .

    The features provided by the unit are always going run slower because of the bloatware that Samsung is know for. Build quality is fragile.

    Well, the monitor works fine and all, but I noticed after setting it up and recycling all the packaging that BestBuy had actually filled my order by selling me Last Years M80B monitor! The receipt and Best Buys labels say M80C. The labels from Samsung say M80B. Feels like fraud. Dunno.
