Ive had this laptop since Oct 2019 and I love it. I have basic use for it but I open VPN, use Cricut software and Capcut. For a 6 year old laptop it runs with no issues. Was considering upgrading because I wanted all the latest and greatest but I paid $800 vs the lastest ones being $1600. I will be sticking to this baby until it gives out.

I got this machine at a pre Black Friday sale price. I didn't know if I would really like or not but the features and the price were so good I took a chance. I love it, its a beautiful little machine. It feels sturdy to the touch, it has the most gorgeous, bright display. Its lightening fast, it seems to know my thoughts before I have them. I love the flip feature & I use a bamboo pen that I picked up for $9.00 and it works great. You won't be disappointed if you pick this laptop.

I use this for Excel, Word, pdf’s/contracts, basic web design and photo editing. Very user friendly, set up in minutes, super light and portable, and has worked well for all my needs so far! I have not folded it or used it as a tablet, it’s a perfect 13” laptop that works very well. Only thing I wish it had so far was a stylus. Since it does have a touch screen I would like to write directly onto pdf forms and enable clients to sign directly into the document. That only works with a stylus though. I’ll be ordering one soon.

We have used one of these in our home since last Christmas (2018), and one in our church for showing Scripture verses in the services and for the Nursing Home ministries. The touch screen works great for that. Super fast turn on and off. Great picture. Mouse is great. The size is great for transporting. When these went on sale again this Christmas, we picked up another one.

This laptop is everything I needed. I wanted something small and light, easy to carry everywhere, everyday on campus. As college student a can asure is more than enough to complete assignments. Everything loads super fast, and doesn't matter how many windows are open. I love the keyboard, is comfortable and sensitive (but not too sensitive) which makes it just right to type for a long time. The touch screen and mouse pad work very nice as well. Plus it was finger print sensor and works perfectly! The only boomer I find is the camera, I think Samsung could've done better there, because the quality is quite average. But overall this product is amazing. I would buy it again without thinking it twice. I have a good computer for long time now and I'm more than happy!

Being able to use the touch screen and keyboard at the same time is a great time saver ..It's easy to use for beginners and a breeze for the experienced..I got this for a family member with disabilities. They've been more productive in every aspect of their life.. Absolutely Amazing laptop !!

Went to Best Buy because that is the only place we think of for electronics. Once again they had a superb product at a great price, this time a lap top for my college freshman son. Lightning quick, touch screen or key pad, amazing laptop.

Purchased for my Granddaughter after graduating from high school, who is getting ready to go to college. Her old HP was slow and the battery life was short. So far the battery on this new Samsung Spin 2 has been very good. She likes the keyboard. The Spin 2-in-1 (she calls the flippy thing) has been solid. 512GB SSD has plenty of storage for ALL of her photos. Plenty of processor and RAM for her college needs. Lightweight and fits nicely in her backpack. Only one complaint... I wish it had a built in SD card reader. I had and extra SD card reader adapter which works okay plugged into a USB port. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I've had this notebook for about a month and a half now. It has saved my sanity during quarantine! It does everything I need it to and at a great speed for the price. During the day it is my trusty zoom meeting, school tasking, work from home machine. At night I flip it around, put it in my tablet holder, and enjoy Netflix while I try to forget the crazy world around me. Display is great, camera is great, keyboard is great, touchscreen is great. I bought a seperate mouse because I don't like a touch pad on any notebook. I wish it had 1 more USB port, but 2 is okay.

I purchased my Samsung notebook about a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m a teacher, and we just started video teaching and digital grading. I’m so glad I bought my notebook! I switch between laptop mode and tablet mode several times a day...and love both of them. The battery life is really good (I use it all day before I have to plug it in). I’ve heard that Samsung has great screens, and it’s true! The graphics are stunning! The only thing I’m not crazy about is the fingerprint scanner. It is temperamental...definitely not like the thumbprint scanner on my iPhone! All said, this purchase is a 5 star!

Best Laptop ever!!! Light weight but feels tough. Amazing, clear screen. Love the touch screen for scrolling. Pricey but worth it!

This computer is easy to use, fast and has touch screen, would definitely recommend to a college student or for home personal use

We have enjoyed using Samsung so much that every appliance and electronic device in our home is Samsung. The laptop is quick and has enough memory and storage to serve me for many years to come. I can tell that the laptop was carefully designed for the working class as it’s not too thin yet not too bulky. It’s overall design is easy to use and the function is completely versatile. You can use it as a laptop or flip it and convert it to a tablet. No matter how you use it, it’s great. It’s not as light as a feather but I feel much more safe using this over a Mac laptop. I don’t feel like it’s going to get crushed if I accidentally set it down too hard or blow on it. I completely trust the design and precision of it. I was especially satisfied when i purchased it because it was on a daily deal. Keep a lookout you just might find something as great as I did.

Very good laptop for the price. It is very slick, powerful and very portable. The battery life is very good.

The price was great (although we got an "open box"), the speed and memory works great for all my son needs for school. The response time is even good enough for his games - the only issue has been that today's software are space hogs, so he can't install all the games he has but instead has to uninstall one to install a new one. But, really - given the price, speed and quality, I think this is a perfect laptop for a student or anyone that doesn't need a huge amount of hard drive space.

What can I say about this computer? Well I bought one for my son for christmas (open box) and went back ~2 months later and bought one for myself (open box-luv open box deals!) FAST computer touch screen or use the mouse - you decide! LOVE it. Check out out, buy t- you will not be sorry.

Exactly what my daughter was looking for...a smaller lightweight laptop that performs well. She was pleasantly surprised that the screen and keyboard can be "flipped" over. I guess that's what they mean by "Spin 2-in-1," but there wasn't a photo of that feature so we weren't aware.

I got this on sale for 500 and so far it runs and performs perfectly. It has a good battery life and even better when you put it in pwer savings mode. I can go 5 plus hours of school plus music. It performs fast as well

This laptop is perfect for my girlfriend to use for the touch screen. She uses a special pointer for her computers and the touchscreen on this laptop meets her needs. Laptop is fast and easy to use. Easy for her to set up. She loves her Samsung!

Purchased during Black Friday event. Great for kids as the cover is somewhat rubberized, computer is fast for Robolox and Minecraft, and for their virtual learning. Great for both laptop and tablet mode. Kids love the touch screen.
