IMHO, the monitor is definitly not for a novice user. It has this bad habit of wanting to be a TV rather than a computer monitor. Once you get the basis figued out it works great. The only issue i am still working with at the time of this review is the monitor soes not want to come back on in the original mode when my system or (maybe its the monitor) goes to sleep. You will need to power it down and pick pc mode again. Overall a good monitor with a few minor issues.

I was using Zbrush on a simple project, the screen glitched, went black, and I have no access to the internal monitor menu. I tried plugging/unplugging power supply. Using different HDMI and Display port cables. Updated my graphics card. Nothing works. What a huge waste of money and time. Never going to splurge on a fancy monitor again. Never going to purchase Samsung monitors again. Been seeing other people in forums with this same issue. I've never regretted buying an electronic device more than this. Super disappointed.
