Doesn't work after 2 years. Don't waste your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this monitor in 2022. I used it for my work station, 3D modeling and other design related work. I was using Zbrush on a simple project, the screen glitched, went black, and I have no access to the internal monitor menu. I tried plugging/unplugging power supply. Using different HDMI and Display port cables. Updated my graphics card. Nothing works. What a huge waste of money and time. Never going to splurge on a fancy monitor again. Never going to purchase Samsung monitors again. Been seeing other people in forums with this same issue. I've never regretted buying an electronic device more than this. Super disappointed.

If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

IMHO, the monitor is definitly not for a novice user. It has this bad habit of wanting to be a TV rather than a computer monitor. Once you get the basis figued out it works great. The only issue i am still working with at the time of this review is the monitor soes not want to come back on in the original mode when my system or (maybe its the monitor) goes to sleep. You will need to power it down and pick pc mode again. Overall a good monitor with a few minor issues.

The reviews seemed alright so I decided to make the purchase. I bought mine second hand via open box. It was missing the remote which wasn't a huge deal. The only gripe I have with the monitor may be related to the PS5 I was using with this monitor. I plan to build a PC and may update this review if I notice anything else.

Rught after the best buy return date :/ Year later no display and samsung wants 300$ to have a technicisn look at it. They wont honor my warranty. On top of that, the screen is too dim and hdr looks little off. Not worth what theyre asking considering their pricing is still the same. Spend your $ on another (reliable) brand.
