I wish it was smaller in size, but I am pleased with it's performance.

I'm glad I took a chance with this refurbished 4k player. It was discounted by almost half of original price. Plays great, but I don't care for the few or rewind functions when using the remote. Was packaged very well for shipping.

Easy setup. I have a 48" jvc TV. The picture quality is amazing compared to HD. The only downside is the remote,it is very small . You are pressing the arrow button and you send it back to home screen because it is so close.

I love how the Blue Ray player performance with regular format DVD's. Ease to use device, weird control remote but one time you learn how to use it, is a piece of cake! I highly recommend hi speed and pretty good HDMI cable to take advantage of all the quality of this great 4K UHD Blue Ray player.

This player does a good job of playing 4K HDR Blu-ray movies. It also has the ability to play 3D Blu-ray movies which the later model Samsung 4K players lack. With the latest firmware update it still cannot play YouTube 4K HDR content. The remote is small with limited buttons but you can buy a cheap Samsung full function remote. The refurbished unit was in excellent condition and it was packed in in the original box. For the price it is an outstanding buy.

Got mine as refurbished or might be used and got returned because the small remote has scratches. There aren't plastic bags with each of the contents and no manual booklet. But surprisingly it works pretty well though and still satisfied with my purchase. I did get the extended warranty. Samsung is definitely a good brand but doesn't last long like Sony when it comes to BD players.

Refurbished product arrived well packaged with all the extras. Easy setup. Purchased two 4k dvds. Breathtaking picture! Regular bluray dvds look fine. Only a couple of things keep it from being a 5. Machine is a little noisy. The remote is small and rather difficult to FF, rewind etc.

Now that I have a 4K TV I wanted to upgrade my Blu-Ray player to native 4K capability. There is not yet a lot of 4K disks but the player also upscales, so the picture is great. Everything works well so far; pleased with the device. I purchased a refurbished item but also included the Geek Squad protection (2 years) to cover any problems, saving maybe $100 total.

My grandson bought this to go along with his 4D Ultra 50 inch TV. The picture is fantastic. It's like being in the movie theater! WOW!

this is from last year (2016) one of the first one and it works great, so far i haven't encounter any problem.

This is the piece of equipment that will power your large screen TV with the best HD 4K your big screen can handle. Flawless. Don't buy any DVD player without 4K capabilities if you want to take advantage of the latest theater movie experience TVs.

I purchased a refurbished unit over a month ago and love the player. Looks amazing, sounds amazing. It doesn't do Dolby Vision but still looks amazing.

Bought refurbished. Complete and in perfect condition. Easy to set up. Wish I'd have waited a few more weeks, as it dropped by $30 a few weeks later.

I bought this refurbished for 170 and a geek plan for 25. I had upscale 4k player 1st and then upgraded to this. This player is awesome and fast and makes blu ray look like 4k. Do not buy upscale! They do not play 4k disc.

What a great 4 k Play it for the money super quality easy to use easy to set up best picture quality I've ever seen on a DVD player the whole family loves it we do nothing but watch movies all day every day now

What can i say. I wanted a 4k Blu Ray player and when I saw this one I jumped on it. Great price and even though it's refurbished it works like it's brand new. Even make regular Blu Rays show better.

The picture this produces vis amazing. But the remote takes some getting used to. It is very small at least for my hands.

Player plays perfectly. Remote is a bit awkward, but still does the job. Great buy at fantastic price.

This is a deal with full warranty and the extended warranty provides assurance for a low cost. output covers all I need for glorious 4K viewing... HDR, 3D, 4K, 4K upscaling on FHD Blurays. The apps load and work snappy - I use Plex a lot and Netflix Great buy for $135
