A: Till now i'm still in testing mode, in apps is a little bit slow but good, i just depend on your speed internet, i think is a big factor. In Netflix, i don't try yet because i watch Netflix directly from my TV but i need to do the test and see how good or fast is the image and the pro. and con. i found. But specifically i don't know how many apps we got in 4k.
A: Yes. This model is listed as a 2016, just to be certain I looked at the back of mine and it says "Mfg 2016 09".
Q: These units just came out why are so many being refurbished?
A: Because they're not really compatible with the newer 4k UHD standard is my suspicion- already went through 2 and neither one will work.
Q: Is this unit geek squad certified
A: There are two options in most cases, certified or uncertified. I chose to pay $29 for a geek squad 2 year warranty. It was geek quad certified
Q: This item is refurbished. What is the Parts and Labor warranty period?
A: My player comes with a one year manufacturer warranty he even though it's refurbished, I also bought the two you're a geek squad protection for only $29 for full replacement value if it was to break down and they cannot fix it.
