    Bought the 1TB to use on my Mac Book for backing up with time machine. Works perfect. Just remember it has to be reformatted to journaled before time machine can use it for back up.

    Nice small size for a back-up drive that can be connected to either my iMac or my PC laptop. The security software that comes with it seems a bit quirky, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but it works fine with the built-in Window or Apple back-up software.
