I use this device for carrying my music when i dj at gigs and it has not failed. The only recommendation i have is still make sure you have a back up!!

Good speeds and rugged design, it’s not the fastest drive around but it has really good transfer speeds and the casing helps with heat, it barely gets warm under heavy transfers.

I have been using Samsung External SSD's for several years now. I run VM's off them as well as business data. Have not had an issue with any of those drives!

I have a lot of external hard drives. I have switched to Samsung SSDs because I had two traditional hard drives fail (luckily I had backups). This is my first "Rugged SSD". This is all I will buy going forward.

The T7 has a excellent speed for Performance and Reading/write files for programs/apps that use high Gigs.

I bought this for my teen son for occasional real backups so he don’t rely exclusively on cloud storage or “synchronization” storage. Fast and rugged.

Small and compact, very portable and usable. Very fast transfer speeds and overall exactky what I needed.

Hooked it up with my 2017 imac and backed up my photo library. Then connected it to my my Hp to back up some large data sets. No issues,

Has performed as expected. Samsung SSDs have been top tier for a long time for reason. Would 1000% recommend this to family or friends.

Does the job, great price and have always loved Samsung SSD’s - would definitely buy again. Used as an editing drive on a MacBook Pro using FCPX.

I’ve been using this to store all my games and it’s been working pretty well and it’s way faster than my old hdd too so nothing to complain about

Excellent product. Lightweight and rugged so don’t have to be all fragile with it. Very compact as well for easy travel use.

Easy to install, size is excellent, took forever to move my pictures over to it, ( TBH, I had a lot of pictures), but now I know that they are backed up!

Pretty good works and is fast, I have transfers terabytes of files over with ease and compared the sizes and they match no data loss and new drive is faster :)

Compact, sturdy, works well. My only complaint is the short cord is stiff and curved which makes it awkward when putting the laptop down and placing the hard drive off to the side.

Absolutely amazing. Comes in handy, works great with the iPhone 15 pro max as well. Switching from my MacBook to iPhone.
