Lacking Customer Service

I find it easiest to find a manager, ask for what you want, and get great customer service. The "I have been here for years" associate, does not care nor know what you need.

T7 Shield is Easy to Use and Reliable

Read-write speeds are fast enough for editing 4k video timelines without lag. Will buy it again.

Both of these are getting full so decided time to upgrade to a higher capacity unit.

Runs fine on Mac mini although I reformatted it and ditched the Samsung software One puzzle is the provision of micro usb to usb-c and usb A to usb C cables but no USB-C to USB-C cable.
