    I don't know if it was the DanDisk or the installationor something else ...my computer is still not working correctly. Have to use a cable to get internet, spread sheets are scrambles, etc. This is the first time I have had difficulty with the Greek Squad. Hope to tall to the local store manager in a few days. Contact me if there are suggestions about the issue or contacting the manager.

    Bought this as a backup drive for my photos. I'm getting well over a 425 MB/s when copying 12MB to 15MB size .jpg files from my main Samsung SSD to this SSD over an internal PC SATA cable.

    This was such a wonderful upgrade going from an HDD to this SSD. This really sped up my PC and makes it feel fresh and new. Very snappy and couldn’t recommend it enough if you don’t have SSD.

    While not the fastest SSD around it works really well and I do not have to worry about it failing soon. I have at least 6 of these running in various computers and I have had no issues.

    The world of SSDs has become pretty full with most all hard drive manufacturers making an SSD now. The cost of flash memory is coming way down which puts the SandDisk in a good dollar per GB ratio. Performance isn't as good as a Samsung EVO but this SSD holds it's own. Great for older laptops that need a quick performance boost. I've been using these drives for years and haven't run into a failed drive yet.

    I purchased 2 of these drives. One to replace a hard drive in my laptop and one to use as external storage. My laptop runs much faster and my external storage backs up much faster.

    There are 2 things you can do to breath new life into an older computer. Install more RAM, and upgrade that old harddrive with a solid state drives or "SSD". I have upgraded many computers with these. They work great and reduce load and boot times considerably. I have an old virtual machine running on an older mac book pro. It used to take upwards of 30 minutes to load everything. Now it's down to 1.5 minutes!
