Good for speeding up laptop as replacement for HDD

I put one in my desktop PC and another in a laptop. It's been working great for extra storage and sped up both devices in terms of boot up times and opening applications. I would definitely buy more of these ssd's, especially since they come with a long warranty. You should download the software provided on the SanDisk website if you want to see the "life expectancy"/"health" of your SSD.

Very Fast

Great Upgrade

A solid SSD

The cost of flash memory is coming way down which puts the SandDisk in a good dollar per GB ratio. Performance isn't as good as a Samsung EVO but this SSD holds it's own. Great for older laptops that need a quick performance boost. I've been using these drives for years and haven't run into a failed drive yet.

Love these drives

Install more RAM, and upgrade that old harddrive with a solid state drives or "SSD". I have upgraded many computers with these. They work great and reduce load and boot times considerably. I have an old virtual machine running on an older mac book pro. It used to take upwards of 30 minutes to load everything. Now it's down to 1.5 minutes!
