I bought this mount because I have really liked all the SANUS mounts I have installed previously. I bought this model because I believed the ability to move the TV up and down after installation would be a nice feature. It turned out that feature is why I returned it. I was unhappy with the design of this mount because the height adjusting lever is visible below the TV when looking at the TV from the front, the viewing location. It just looked tacky, like it was a mistake. The Best Buy installers had an alternate SANUS mount in their truck and installed my TV with that one. I'm pleased with the new mount even though it does not have all the adjustment capabilities of the returned one. Best Buy was of course great throughout. They delivered, installed, replaced and issued a refund for the first model the same day I returned it.

This is by far and wide the best full motion TV mount that I’ve ever owned. My TV is a 77 inch LG C3 OLED and this mount holds it and maneuvers it like nothing I’ve ever used before. At almost 50 pounds this is the heaviest mount that I’ve ever used, however the weight is justified in order for it to properly accomplish the 4D movement of your TV. Mounting is very straightforward and if you’ve mounted any other TV mount, then this will be no different for you. You’ll need a stud finder, pencil, ratchet socket & drill-bit set. Due to the weight, you may need a second person to help hold the mount while you complete the mounting process. One drawback that I noticed is the cable management window is small and can only accommodate one to two cables going through it (power and HDMI cable) so you’ll need to plan accordingly to wire your system properly. I would also recommend practicing moving the TV mount a couple of times to get a feel for it before you put your TV on it. Once you get it mounted, you’ll find it almost effortless to move your TV. Adjusting the viewing angle and tilting is very simple and my 10-year-old had no problems moving the TV. All in all a great mount and well worth the cost!!

The rep said the mount could move up and down if the istall wasnt perfect. That wasnt the case.

I had a full motion Sanus mount that I liked from seven yrs ago, but it did not fit my new tv. I bought this for the range of motion, but it has less range than my prior one arm model. I cannot pull it out, tilt it, and then push it back on an angle like my other. The two arms are limiting. Also the shifting up and down is not easy to maneuver. It requires unscrewing and then using a crank.

Very poor set up, was told that the wall mount fit the TCL 85" TV, it did not and had the mount already mounted when we realize, had to figure out how to correct. Paid for a good mount and it did not work.
