All around good product, I've had no issues. Easy to set up.

Why is it that this is 2400MB's per second and cost $220 when the comparable PlayStation specific Samsung 980 pro is 7500MB's per second and is $250? That's a huge difference. Step it up Microsoft.

The thing is, i see so many people upgrading their ps5 with an m.2 drive and the cost of those are cheap compared to this thing. Now its easy to use but at what cost? $149.99? Thats a bit much when that thing will be filled up with 4 games. So why is it so expensive?
Why is Seagate the only manufacturer of this card?

Full Disclosure - I had terrible experiences with Seagate HDs in the past, both internal and external ones. I had 2 or 3 failed on me in the past but it's been a while. So I went in with an open mind about purchasing this expansion card.
I bought it a week ago, and it failed on me last night. I was waiting for a game (saved on the card) to load and it never loaded. Restarted the Xbox and the console no longer recognizes the card. Try restarting without the card plugged in and re-inserting it. Shut down the Xbox and did the same thing. I even waited to try it again this morning...nothing.
It is safe to say that returning this card for a full refund will be the last Seagate product I purchase ever.

It's nice of Microsoft to make it so the only way to increase the playable storage on the "Next gen" console is to buy a memory card that can only be made and sold by one company and also costs rougly 70% of the console's price tag. Also fyi the ps5 doesn't have thus problem. I would recommend because if you're going to stick with mehxbox this is currently the only option unless you feel like dropping 300 for 2tb memory card. Lol back to using memory cards, huh.
