PS5 is not recognizing this SSD. I tried 2 brand new ones and nothing. I installed n reinstall over and over, but PS5 is not recognizing it at all. Will be trying a different brand. It's a very easy installation, so i dont think the problem is that.

I had to return the first SSD that arrived. When installed the read speed was less than half the advertised speed. Best Buy was on top of things and had a replacement to me by the next day. The 2nd SSD worked as it should and has been awesome!

Its pretty much always on sale so dont pay full price.

Does not pair with newer PS5 Slim. I had to take it back to the store several times until I found one that works. So far, only Samsung brand works.

I bought this for my first ever pc build. Unfortunately it was the wrong kind and didn't fit. I tried to exchange it for one that would, but BB told me I was past the return date but could if I signed up for their membership. I get you all have rules, but when a guy had spent over 2k at your store, I'd think a little service would go a long way. BB would always be my preference for everything from appliances to tech. No more. You've dropped from being my go-to in the future. Enjoy the few bucks you saved by not having to take a simple exchange.

Im writing this review and giving one star due to ot being defective and could not exchange as its out if stock. Seagate will send a new one when they receive the new one I bought and determine if its defective . I had to pay for the shipping and in the return it says they can send back a refurbisjed one . Not happy considering i paid for a new one and third party sellers are now selling for double the cost .

I tried all 3 PS5s I have in my house, and none of them read this SSD. I tried another SSD same brand, and it still was not working. I searched the web and the Reddit community, and they have the same problem. … DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS DEFECTIVE TOWARDS Ps5 .. the worse part is I use a certificate, so I lose it when I return the product back !!! As a total member and someone who spent $1000s of money, this is ridiculous. I grab the samsung one and it work perfectly from amazon !!
