This is very nice scooters my son is very like and very good function 100 % recommend

We bought in 2/2024. Now it’s 9/2025 and it randomly turns off while riding and doesn’t hold a full charge. Holds full body weight up to 200lb going up hill at 20MPH nicely

We purchased two of these scooters from Best Buy. One has far more power than the other, even when we switch drivers. Not sure why. But overall, they work good, they are fun, and I am glad we purchased them.

Great scooter, fast and decent battery life. Pretty much as advertised. Do make sure that it charges I got 3 that were faulty out of the box brand new.

The Segway F30 is a lot fun! It is big enough for me to use at 5'11' while still small enough for my granddaughter to us at only 5'1". It is very easy use, easy to ride, and the battery life is excellent. I got two of these for my son and his 2 children and they love it.

Compared this F30 model to its stable mates such as the F40, F65, as well as against its many market competitors. This still checks a lot of features at a very good price point. Air-filled tires, built-in head- and tail lights, middle-of-the-pack top speed and range. No mechanical or electrical problems with the unit we got even after 3 months of owning and some 25 miles total. Charging time from about 10% to full is about 4 hours, and the display is crisp and readable. Some knocks against this is the rubber cover to the charging port which does not stay put to cover it. It keeps opening after just a few minutes. Didn't bother to fix and close it anymore. The tire valve is quite stubby and pinned close to the wheel which is a chore trying to put air in the tires. And good luck repairing or replacing the tires especially the rear.

This product is amazing! Goes uphill perfectly but the range can be a little deceiving. You can go at least 12 miles in full speed, but you are never gonna get 19. Overall the product is amazing and the charger works fast. I love how you can connect your app.

A good purchase and riding experience. You can only buy these e-scooters in person in Alaska (they can't be shipped) and this was a good Black Friday deal. Being a cooler region the battery life doesn't last as long as advertised when below 50- 60 degrees but still worth having.

Waited around 2 months before posting this review to make sure it’s accurate. Initially, we really enjoyed using this scooter. It performed as described and charged like it was supposed to. You can average the exact miles it says, getting a little further in eco mode. But let’s be real, who wants to ride eco mode on a scooter. 2 months in, we’ve already replace one tire and the charger stopped working. Really disappointed in the quality of this scooter. With causal use, maybe 1x-2x week, I expect more out of the tires and ability to charge the thing. Would not recommend.

Best product I’ve got and best customer service!!!

For the price, it's pretty reliable to use as a means of transportation. The charge lasts for several days and the app makes it easier to keep track of the places you've visited. The tires are a bit quirky with not being solid yet still a smooth ride.

My daughter has had it for a year now. She took it to college and even used it in light snow. Good durability and just good over all. I’m actually looking to purchase the exact same one for fun for me at home.

Life changing. It’s fast, secure, stable and easy to fold. Only downside it’s very heavy.

Lots of fun. Very bumpy on bumps so I go around them. Lightweight. Took a while to get started because I needed helmet and safety vest. This thing really cruises especially if you used to walking. I dont know how fast it goes, but its fast enough for me. Cant wait to take it out again.

Pretty good electric scooter, great quality ! Bought it for my wife who’s petite and I’m 6’2” 300lbs and it handles just fine! Very smooth I would recommend it for pre-teen to adults you can choose the speeds and modes for different ages
