One of the things the MOMENTUM line has been known for its quality products. That quality doesn't just focus on the sound, it's the overall design of the products in this line. The first thing you won'tice with these earbuds is the polished metallic spin ring with the Sennheiser logo. The charging case is covered in a tough cloth that makes it feel premium. There are multiple different ear tips that come in four different sizes so you can find the right one that works for you. But most importantly, these earbuds are lightweight and slim, making them easier to use regularly. What you won't see is the 4-hour battery life, the zero sacrifice mentality when it comes to sound and the Smart Control features that make these true wireless earbuds top contenders.

The sound quality of these ear buds are perfect. You hear the deep bass but can still pick out the highs. The price matches with the quality.

I purchased a less expensive earbuds and they really hurt my ears, plus the sound was awful. I exchanged them for a Bose set and they were comfortable, and when there wasn't any static in the lines, the sound was awesome, but back they went and I upgraded to the Sennheim memento and glad that I did. The sound is superb and comfortable to wear. If you can afford the cash, these are well worth the investment.

The clarity and sound for the price is good! I love how clear the audio is. The product is stylish and looks nice. The pass-through audio works well and the app for customizing the sound is a key feature of the product.

I have the Jabra 65t elite active and these blow them away, hands down. The sound is unreal, connection is spot on, never drop sound once. The only issue I have is it can be difficult to connect to bluetooth sometimes. Seems like a software issue that could be fixed in the future, possibly. Otherwise these are a bit expensive but totally worth the price for great sound!

Dont believe he negative reviews. I've had them all from the Bose Soundsport both wired and wireless. Jabra Elite Sport etc. These are the best overall and well worth the price tag. The only negative is when the battery is low it will died withou quickly. But no worries because the charging case has your back.

This headset make listening to music feel like you are at a live show. I have seen Bassnectar in person, listening the Bass Head I felt like I was right back there. I don't know how this is possible but the audio from this headset beats my Sony Wh-1000mx2's by a margin I didn't think was possible. My wife was blown away by the audio quality too. Now I have to buy her some for her birthday. Worth the price ever day of the week.

Sound is stunning. Fit is perfect. Look it simple and attractive. Touch features work well and convenient. I have been using Jabra Elite Active 65t but the sound, fit, look of the Sennheiser is much better and appreciate the simple touch controls of the Sennheiser vs. Jabra Elite Active 65t. Jabra Elite Active 65t are also a great set of earbuds and if you dont have the money to spend $300 on Sennheiser then Jabra Elite Active 65t is a perfect choice that works well no complaints from me. Sennheiser is just better in every way and if money is not object and if you want the best look no further than Sennheiser. I am still stunned at how well these sound just amazing Sennheiser crushed it in that department and fit for gym that I go to every day for couple of hours has been perfect - very secure no fallouts

-Audio: 10/10 -Connectivity: 8/10 -Comfort: 8/10 -Quality: 8/10 -Features: 8/10 -Design: 10/10 -Battery Life: 7/10 I pre-ordered these from Sennheiser as soon as I found out Sennheiser was coming out with their version of True Wireless... Coming from Bose's SoundSport Wireless (not the free wireless) earbud I've to see these are by far the best headphones on the market... In the pros and cons section I detailed certain key areas I'd think people would consider when purchasing any set of headphones or earbuds... The sound quality is currently unmatched but we can't only focus on that. Comfort becomes an issue after excessive use (obviously), it doesn't matter which silicon tips you use, your primary concern is keeping them in. These are NOT a one size fits all... I'm not referring to the tips it's mainly the overall unit where the driver sits. I recommended these to a friend and they had a hard time securing them in. The bottom wouldn't fit the Concha and barely would let the ear bud tips go into the ear canal. In other words the overall size of the device was too big, they ended up going with Apple's AirPods since most aftermarket earbuds adopts similar design cues. Quality Design/Structure is minimalist, modern and slick. I love the brush aluminum style and the dark grey (almost black) color. I'd prefer more color options but the dark tone and clean bling style really sets the unit off. Now, the charging case lacks a lot of quality... it feels abnormally lights for it's size and it's rather big. The cloth style design looks cool and sleek at first but can get dirty after a lot of use. brush aluminum style or black leather (for the price you're paying) would of been better in my opinion. Also, the flip hinge is extremely weak, at first glance I said to myself, "This is going to be the part that breaks first"... sure enough it's been cracking after a while. I've only had these for about 5 months. I let Sennheiser know and they replaced the case quickly. @@@@@@@@ Another thing, EXCEPTIONAL customer service over at Sennheiser! @@@@@@@ Connectivity was an issue at first but eventually everything panned out with the app. At times you lose control when you take them off the music keeps playing when when you put them on it stops as if it has it's functions reversed. Crackling noise occurs when powerful magnets are near, I work in a County/State facility so metal detectors often distort the sounds, so, keep in mind to take these off in airports and such. The features are ok, but there is a lot of input lag with volume control and the simple pause and play functions. Volume control also isn't accurate, when you hit volume up or down it goes up as if you tapped it twice instead of one. When you get a call the transparent noise cancellation option kicks in and could get rather annoying between calls and your music and could be dangerous if you're working out and crossing roads. There should be an option to go full manual with these feature... even if you turn it off in-app it still activates while using Google Assistant/Siri or if there is an incoming call. Battery life is acceptable, could be better comparing to the competition... The case is too large to have such a small battery...and at times your earbuds don't turn off after use and continue to play and run down both the bud's batterys and the cases battery. When everything is fine between the 2 charges and the earbuds you can get a full day of use without charging. The app is a nice touch allowing you to use an equalizer to fine tune your audio... I use my buds with a Note 8 and the OS already comes with it's own equalizer, the app would be an excellent addition for iPhones being that iOS limits it's users of fine tuning sound without using their limited EQ presets (I use to own iPhone(s) for 10 yrs since the 1st Gen 2G iPhone)... if it'sn't jailbroken it's garbage. :P Con: -Crackle noise through metal detectors (airports, government facilities, etc.) -Charging case is flimsy and big. -Sometimes the earbuds loses control and start playing when you take them off stop playing when you put them on. -At times charging case doesn't shut off earbuds and continues playing (running battery down) -Charging case's hinge is weak and flimsy. -Control's have input lag, delay to respond. -Volume control isn't accurate. -Noise Cancellation (Transparent Hearing) goes on during calls (Google Assistant/Siri) and can be annoying when call ends.

The best BT listening devices I have ever used

Living in New York City, you can't help notice that it seems every other person on the street is walking around with earbud headphones. It's as much a functional accessory as it has become a status and fashion symbol. They are usually white and have little stems that hang down from the ears. I have typically been an early adopter of technology and have tried a few different types of earbuds, never finding ones that worked well. They disconnect when you run, turn your head, move your phone and the voice and audio quality is fair or just poor. I have returned every pair I have owned. That's why I still use an "old-fashioned" mono style Bluetooth earpiece - until now. I owned and operated a camera and video superstore for over 25 years. So, when I heard one of the most trusted brands in our industry had high-quality ear buds I ran out and got a pair of Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless Earbud Headphones at Best Buy. Pairing to my smartphone was easy and almost automatic. Their app, "Sennheiser Smart Control" is also easy to use. It has limited functionality but has an equalizer and the ability to reduce eliminate noise-canceling through the "Transparent Hearing" setting. This allows you to chose whether to hear outside noises or not. That's very cool. All controls are available though a press on the outer buttons on the buds. Push on the right side for volume up and left side for volume down. That's very cool. Another cool feature is the buds turn off music when you take one out of your ear and they turn on and off (and pair) when you take them in and out of the very high quality charging case. They come with several sizes of ear fittings and they are very comfortable and snug in my ears. Performance: I ran with them and they stayed put in my ears. I walked with them for several hours and was not tired of them at all. I used them in the rain, moved my phone around on my body and they stayed paired flawlessly with no skips. Sound quality is great on both listing and speaking and the volume goes very high, which is unusual for their small size. When I consider factors such as ergonomics, performance, size and fit, I can say with confidence that these Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless Earbud Headphones are the best Bluetooth listening devices I have ever used. Sennheiser's flagship MOMENTUM range of headphones continues to break new ground through an outstanding fusion of advanced technology, uncompromised sound performance and the highest quality materials. They have brought their peerless MOMENTUM ethos to a breakthrough new product - the MOMENTUM True Wireless. The premium Bluetooth earbuds set new standards for audio quality, comfort and craftsmanship. So, I guess it's time to retire my "old-fashioned" mono style Bluetooth earpiece. I will be enjoying a new way of listening to my phone audio, but I won't have any ugly white stems hanging from my ears.

Equipment: iPhone XS Max 512gb (iOS 12.1.2) Apps: Tidal, YouTube, Sennheiser Smart Control These earbuds are receiving consistently positive reviews, and I honestly cannot see why. I purchased these with very high hopes of replacing my AirPods with earbuds that offer better sound quality. These did not fulfill that want. These earbuds are MASSIVE. They're extremely thick and do not feel right in the ear. After trying all four sets of rubber tips, I ended up barely favoring the XS set, even though my ears are average sized. When these earbuds are inserted, they press up against the inner perimeter of your ear, which at first makes them feel secure, but then make them ache after five minutes of use. And if you even slightly touch them or move your head to look up or down, they become loose and start slowly sliding out. The battery life is pretty decent while wearing them, as I was typically able to achieve about 3.25 hrs per charge at about 40-50% volume. However, my left earbud would always have about 7% less battery than the right for some reason, even when both started at 100%. I am very confused as to why the massive case only offers an additional 8 hours of battery life. Although the case is not huge compared to other true wireless earbuds, it's bulk makes me wonder why the case is so thick with a tiny battery. I did not experience any connection issues while pairing or while using the earbuds. In terms of audio delay when watching videos, it's barely noticeable. If you are picky you can spot it, but almost everyone will never see it. I have no idea where these reviews of terrific sound quality are originating from. I tried them and felt they were far worse than my AirPods. No matter what settings I had the app's equalizer set to, they always sounded muddy. The bass response is minimal at best, which is a huge disappointment. The treble sounds to be the most prominent, but not by much. Miss and bass just sound washed out, and the sound I experienced felt flatlined with a blanket over it. They block out noise PASSIVELY (not actively like others are stating) fairly well, until they start sliding out. The case they come in feels cheap because it's. The exterior woven fabric certainly adds a nice look and feel, but the use of plastic for the case makes the hinge wobbly and the experience feel under par. The earbuds themselves are made of plastic as well, and they also feel cheap. The uncomfortable feeling I experienced possibly could have been offset by at least offering a rubber exterior or something slightly more premium. The straw that broke the camel's back for these was the random popping I was experiencing watching YouTube videos. In three videos I watched with dialogue, I was hearing random electrostatic-sounding noises from the right earbud. I thought these noises were coming from the videos themselves, so I decided to listen to the same sections with my AirPods and did not hear them. These pops were extraordinarily loud, despite my volume. The utilization of Qualcomm drivers may have something to do with this. It's just weird how very specific moments in videos produced this. They were not random, and I did go back after a few hours passed to retest this, and I was able to replicate the pops every time. Overall, I have little to positively say about these earbuds. They're painfully uncomfortable, offer lousy sound, and have technical issues that should not plague a $300 set of earbuds. Although AirPods are far from being the best-sounding earbuds in the world, their $159.00 price tag puts these to shame. Nearly double the price downgrades my. sound quality, battery life, and technical reliability. But hey, Sennheiser's case looks pretty.
