This is our third steamer from Shark. They are really a great cleaner and take care of germs too. This model has an extra small foot for cleaning up tough spots.

Steamer is great for on my tile floors. It cleans quickly, and has a extra scrubber on it. I have used it on my hardwood floors, on the low setting.

Does what it is supposed to do ... makes lots of steam and cleans the floor. I like the variable steam output. You still have to do the work and push it around :)

With variable steam settings, this works on tile or hardwood. Had a couple steam mops and this works the best yet. Moreover, they pack 2 extra mop covers.

I replaced a 6 year old Shark steam mop that wasn't producing enough steam. This mop has a high steam setting that works great on my ceramic floor.

I bought this to keep the wood floors clean in our home. It does a great job! Heats up quickly and dries fast. Easy to take off and replace cleaning cloths.

We just purchase an older house and have white tile flooring through most of the house. the shark cleans the flooring easily and leaves the tile sparkling.

There's so many positives to this item...it's ready to go in a minute, convenient. dries instantly and works on my tile floors as well as the hardwood.

Cleans like a champ but I miss the original, where you could control the heat by pumping the handle. Those cleaned much better in my opinion.

Good steam mop for wood floors shines and keeps floors fresh but easily runs out of water so you have to refill

I broke down and bought the 2 yr product replacement plan. All these steam mops (every brand) seem to have about a 9 month lifespan. Here's hoping.

My husband loves this mop and uses it on our floors constantly. It is great that you can wash and reuse the pads and not have to purchase moe.

just the right size, i have a small kitchen and bath that are tile, works great , not big and bulky..

Not only is my floor squeaky clean, it's sanitized too! Love this mop! Clean up is great, just throw the cleaning head in the wash machine!

It does create steam, but not like previous version of this steam mop. My first steam mop created enough steam to effectively clean not only the tile floor, but also the grout between the tiles. This product effectively cleans the tile surface, but does not produce enough steam to clean the grout. This steam mop does have more features than my previous steam mop. The scrub feature is very effective in spot cleaning.

We find shark steamer woorks well on cleaning kitchen tile and restroom tile very good...

I recommend cleaning floor before first use. This gives you opportunity to get the deep dirt making streamer more effective.

This is my first try with a steam mop, and I have to admit that I'm very impressed! Heats up and is ready to use pretty quickly.

We have two dogs living in our house. It cleans paw prints off our floors with the steam and the extra scrubber without a fuss.
