I asked around and read so many reviews before deciding on the Shark. This product is great! I have tile floors throughout my home and it cleans them so easily and just leaves a nice, clean smell in the home after using it. I also have floor to ceiling tile in my bathrooms and the detachable steamer is great for cleaning the grout! The Shark is light and easy to use, even my 12 year old can help clean the floors!! I know there are so many other products out there to chose from, but I am very happy with this one and for the price, you can't beat it!

It heats up fast and is easy to use. The many attachments allow you to tackle anything that needs cleaned. It works very well, cleans and sanitizes in one easy step. There are no chemicals, which is why I bought it. I wanted my floors, surfaces etc cleaned and sanitized but with no chemicals so my children and pets would be safe. You can use tap water but as with most machines distilled water extends the life of the machine. Not to mention you won't get that calcium build up that you get with tap water. So I use distilled. It's definitely worth the price! Also since Best Buy price matches, I got it for $42 less than what they were selling it for! All around great buy.

I have a multiple dog home with a dog door. We have had a lot of rain lately and they have tracked in tons of mud. This steam mop cleaned up all of the muddy paw prints with so much ease. The floors looked fantastic after mopping. When first got it out to use, I really thought I was going to have to do it twice because of the amount of mud. I did not have to once was plenty. I loved not having to use a regular sponge mop with bucket and soap. I really would have been cleaning the floors twice with that method. I love and love how I can throw the pad in the washer. I really recommend this product.

Nice and light weight product, easy to use. First attempt was a little rough while I got used to the steam and handling. By the second attempt the whole floor pad was making contact with floor leaving it very clean. Great and easy clean up on pet messes that would come out.

I love this thing. It's light weight, east to use, no chemicals needed. Really love the lift away feature. I notice a huge difference in my home when I use it. From the vinyl floor to the carpet to the furniture. It looks and smells more fresh after each use.

Removed from box and assembled easily. Works great on floors. We used the wet wipe mops with the throw away wet wipes before getting this. This is a better solution since the mope cover can be removed, washed, and reused. Haven't had a need for the lift away part yet but I did test it and it works. Looking forward to using in on my shower walls in the future.

Although there are 3 settings of steam, I only use the highest because the steam action is less than what I thought it would be. It does clean my floors wonderfully but would like to be able to use it for cutting kitchen grease and it just does not pack enough punch to do that.

I love the way it cleans the tile in the shower. It is also great for the windows. So light weight. Great product. Would definitely recommend it.

great product the wife loves it easy to use. we havant used the other functions except for cleaning the floors but it seems pretty simple to use. we choose this one over the others because of size and ease of use. for in home this works way better than moping. and leaves the floors cleaner.

I bought this to make cleaning faster, and not go through rolls and rolls of paper towels. It has been great! I have tried to use all the attachments, and they seem to work really good. The safety features are good. The only problem I have had is the steam doesn't come out much, then I take the cap off where you fill the water and it releases pressure then the steam comes out awesome. I would say I have to do that a couple of times in the beginning of each use. The steam does seem to get better after that. Overall though I think it is a very good product, and does what it says it does. I would recommend.

The first time I used them they were a dark grey, now they don't pull off as much scum because they did their job. I had read about previous versions that had wimpy handles, but this one is very sturdy.

It cleans better than regular mops and it makes cleanup much easier. It even makes it fun to mop! I do wish it had a cleaner too if you choose to use one. They say there is one, but it is very hard to find. Overall I love it!

I like that this floor steamer also transforms into a clothing steamer. The cord is plenty long enough for doing my tile floors. Works well enough on tile, but I believe it would work better on a much smoother floor. The biggest thing I have been using it for is steaming my clothes. Five stars as a clothes steamer. Four stars for floor steamer.

My floors have never felt so clean. I would recommend this for cleaning laminate floors.

The steamer really cleans my floors. Not only do they look clean but the feel clean and they seem to stay clean longer. Having the portable tank is excellent because I can remove it and do the grout in my bathrooms. So for me it is a 2 in one cleaner. Light weight and easy to use. I like having a single machine to do both jobs.

It is very versatile and lightweight. Would be nice if the handheld portion had a small nozzle brush to scrub in tight areas.

I was excited to try out my new mop and saw my cousin had really loved it. I have found that my mop is a great addition to my mopping regiment. I have laminated a tile throughout the house and it becomes very very dusty very easily. I love that the steam mop cleans the area but I find that sometimes it is a hassle to get it setup. I also miss that clean smell. I will usually use it on the laminate floors and clean the kitchen and bathroom time with my good old house cleaners and flat top mop.

Best steam mop for the price. It out preforms more expensive steam mops. Plus, it's more effective in cleaning the floor when your kids use the shark steam mop over a bucket of hot water and a mop.

The Shark was a good steam cleaner for my floors ( tile and bamboo). I use the high steam setting on the tile and low steam on the bamboo. By leaving the steam over trouble areas for about 10-15 seconds, anything sticky or smeared onto my tile floors cme right off. I also use scrubbing side of the mop head for tiles and the plush side, which is less abrasive, on the bamboo floor.
