Not as goog as rmthe shark I just bought and it was worth the money I paid

Really love this vacuum! It's easy to use, and pretty easy to figure out in terms of converting it to the "pod" version (Gondor has no manuals, Gondor needs no manuals). I love how much gunk it was able to pull out of my carpet. And it was really easy to empty it when it got full (I love the fact it opens from the top and bottom!). I will say that the amount of suction makes this vacuum not so good at smaller pick-ups, like if I want to just vacuum some crumbs off my bed sheets this isn't great at that because it just keeps trying to pull the sheets in. It works on my couch since there is less fabric for it to pull in. And that suction does mean that sometimes it takes more effort to use it. Overall I am super happy with it, and it takes care of 90% of my vacuum needs. I have a smaller wireless vacuum for the other 10%.

Shark vacuums excel at sucking dirt from floors (and about anything else). My first Shark story: We moved into a house in Washington (state), a locale famous for falling pine needles. The prior owner left a Shark vacuum in the attic, presumably because "the darn thing lost its suction power". That will happen to any vacuum if you don't religiously dump the canister when it's about half full. After that, debris from your floors/rugs whatever, begins to accumulate in the vacuum's hoses and air passages. I dug about a pound of solidly packed debris from the Shark's arteries and it's now a MONSTER at finding and sucking dirt. Something else I learned in the fine print of the manual (always worth reading). There is a vent on the upper end of the hose which, when opened, reduces the suction slightly to enable cleaning of thick(er) pile carpet. I almost threw it away because the suction was so intense, I could not move it through my deep pile carpet. Opened the vent, worked like a charm. It's called the "Navigator" because of its maneuverability. You can steer it into and around corners with ease. It does not flop around like a Dyson ball. Better! I recently purchased this Shark for my son, who had an old Eureka vacuum badly in need of replacement. Years after the first Shark came into our lives, I am here to report that they still make them like they used to. Shark vacuums have raving fans. There's one in each machine, and million of us roaming the earth. Dump that canister often, and clean those filters! Your Shark won't let you down.

Nice and strong. But the power cord is short. I have had a different shark vacuum that my son took to college. I do like that the handle comes off and you can vacuum hard to reach areas without switching anything. I just wish the power cord was longer and maybe even the wand stretched more without the whole machine falling over.

Suction, maneuverability, weight and overall ease of use are all excellent. This is my 3rd shark vacuum cleaner and the performance has been consistent. I highly recommend this product.

The best vacuum I have ever used!! I love that the handle is removable to easily get cracks and corners or small messes. Very light weight and moves around smoothly. Easy to clean with the top and bottom of canister opening. Great vacuum and well worth the money. I will never own another vacuum that is not shark brand.

The Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Upright Vacuum has been an incredible upgrade for my home. The suction power is excellent, and it picks up dust, hair, and debris with no effort. The vacuum glides smoothly, is easy to maneuver, and the filters are simple o maintain. A dependable, high-perforiming vacuum that delivers great results every time.

I finally threw in the towel and gave up on cordless vacuums. I just never could get the proper suction and cleaning power that I was looking for. I went out on a whim and bought this from Best Buy on a deal and it is by far the most powerful vacuum I have ever owned I could almost give it a slight downgrade for having too much suction as it's a little difficult to maneuver it on my thick rug in the living room as far as what I bought it for to remove a pet hair out of my rug and off of the couch. It does a flawless job. It's a little loud, but that's to be expected with the amount of suction this thing has it is definitely a powerful machine.

I had 2 Dyson vacs and i lost them both when my home burned. After rebuilding and moving back in i decided it was time for another vacuum. I had over $1000 tied up in my Dysons and was reluctant to spend that much on another vacuum so i purchased another brand’s higher end unit and it stopped working completely 2 months and 2 days after purchase. I have hardwoods throughout the house - no carpet anywhere and i have cats, which track cat litter around and i dont like walking on that. The other brand did ok - until it quit working. I knew Dyson was more expensive but you get what you pay for. Dyson is just a better vacuum cleaner. Better made, more powerful and certainly more reliable. I can tell a huge difference in my floors in comparing the other brand to the Dyson. The floor still felt a little gritty after vacuuming with the other brand but it feels so smooth and clean with the Dyson. Its heavier but thats what you get when you have a well made, solid machine.

Strong suction, cleans both carpets and hard floors very well. The lift-away design is convenient and it offers great value for the price.

This vacuum is amazing, great suction power, even picks up glitter embedded in my carpet from Christmas. Would recommend it.

This vacuum has Very good suction. It is a little bulky and harder to push since it is larger. The only issue that I had was that the side hose was not secure, and that may be user error.

I am pleased with this purchase. It is light weight and the suction power is good on hard wood and carpet. the only flaw I noticed was there is no place to put the different attachments. I have a small draw string bag hanging from the handle but would prefer being able to grab the attachment from the top when needed
