Love it. I was suprised at how sturdy it is. Easy to use and has great suction. Also love the swivel feature. Love the fact the filter is washable and how long the hose is, I was able to reach my fan to vacuum it. I think it's going to last a long time great investment. Best buy price was 50 dollars less than any others I found they shipped it fast, got it in less than a week and was easy to assembly.

I love this vacuum! It has a lot of power for cleaning, unlike my previous one. Works great on carpets and bare floors. Also, it is attractive -- with the white and gold design.

Great power. Works great with our house full of long hair. Great capacity so I don't have to stop in between rooms to empty. Emptying good. The only two issues I have is that the hose comes out easily so if the hose is not connected the dirt does not get vacuumed. The other is that the vacuum easily falls when vacuuming with the hose.

Love this Shark easy to use and does a wonderful job. Would highly recommend the Shark Navigator Pro the best as far as I am concerned.

This thing is great for the price. I have already suggested it to my mother and she loves it too! Great suction, and the head tilts to get close to stuff.

This is the perfect vacuum for pet owners. We've had several others. This is hands-down the best. It also has an extra large dust bin.

This vacuum has a long cord, great suction for cleaning and manuvers easily.

I had the previous model of this and it worked much better. This one is not worth thee money.

Overall this is a great vacuum. It doesn't have the headlight as shown online. The product was not in my local store so I bought it sight unseen. A bit surprised to find out the light isn't there. Ignoring the light issue this is a good purchase and I'm happy with the performance. It's a bit heavy but not difficult to steer around the house. Gets the job done.

I bought my Shark vacuum on line, after 2 weeks the brush quit spinning. When I called they wanted to charge me $90 for the replacement part. I complained so they sent it for free. That one lasted for 1 use and quit, I have replaced it several times and it still doesn't work. I bought a Dyson that works. I also received an Shark Steam Mop and guess what I used it 4 times and it quit steaming.
