I expected this to be lighter in weight than it actually is, but it is still lighter than my old Eureka upright and does a better job. Here's hoping that it holds up! We have a very pet hair-laden and dusty environment, and sometimes use a ShopVac first (especially in the garage) before using the more "delicate" regular vacuum cleaner. My husband does not like that it's bagless. I'm neutral. I'll just dump it outside instead of in the trash in the kitchen. Easy issue to get around and saves money on bags.

I bought this on whim after breaking the brush on my current Shark vaccum, which I really liked. This one was a deal of the day so I took a chance and was surprised how much better it was than my 2-yr. old Shark. I love that I can use this as an upright, lift-away, or placed in the base as a canister. Not sorry I took a chance on this one.

This Shark is all that it says it is, I just come off of using a Dyson that broke down 3-4 years in and I decided to give shark a try. So I bought this one the top of their line which was still 300 less then the Dyson I had. So far I love it, It picks up great. Easily as good as the Dyson and why more versatile. You can use it as a standard stand up. Or detach the Canister and it becomes a Canister vac. It has different heads of different jobs. Is easy to clean. and really is air tight for dust free cleaning. You will really like it, its excellent.

The vacuum cleaner is amazingly good to use once you get the hang of it. There are just too many connectors for my liking and storing it away can be a pain. You will most likely use just 2-3 connectors ever! But the quality is awesome and the amount of dust it collected off my storage closet carpet was eye-opening. My old vacuum cleaner never picked up as much in so many uses but just one round with this and Poof! Mind-blown. Good buy for the money!

Let me say first, we have no carpet in our house but we do have a couple throw rugs and we've never had a vacuum do such a great job on them. We love the wand that is angled to go under furniture, and the microfiber dusting cover for hard floors. And the pet hair brush. There's really nothing we don't like. My husband is the one who uses it, because I have back and neck issues that preclude me from vacuuming (sob!). And he's definitely impressed.

Strong suction from the vacuum works well for the 2 pets i have. Ability to remove the top portion of the vacuum, to use it as a handheld vacuum works great too.

I haven't had this vacuum very long, but I really like it. I got it since it is basically a fancier version of The Sweethome's vacuum pick, and the sale price was really good. Keep in mind I am comparing it to my old vacuum, an ancient Eureka Boss. The Rotator is much lighter and way more maneuverable; I can even get around the couch without having to move it, unlike the old vacuum. I haven't really used the Liftoff feature, because I tend to switch between floor and hose a lot as I go (the switching process is relatively painless, at least compared to my old vacuum). The dirt cup seems a bit small, but I empty it with every use anyway, because I always end up with a ball of dog hair flying around the top and I don't want it clogging things up. I just take the dirt cup outside with an old produce bag and empty it into the bag and toss. Anyway I'm really happy with the vacuum.

THIS VACUUM IS AMAZING, IT PICKS UP EVERYTHING LEAVE THE CARPET VERY CLEAN.

I have four cats and a dog in my house. This vacuum picks up animal hair like a dream. I love the attachments, especially the flat wand for getting under the kitchen appliances and the washer and dryer. Doesn’t lose suction!

Awesome vacuum Very quiet operation and great deep cleaning power

This is the 2nd Shark vacuum I've purchased in 10 plus years and recommend buying any Shark product. Its truly bagless and doesn't lose suction ever! Your floors will be unbelievably clean and your rugs will be soft and clean as well.

This vacuum is fairly light weight, has lights so you can dirt and spiderwebs better. I like the tool for under appliances

Suction is great. Ability to go between tile and carpet on the fly is perfect. Cord is the best part as I never have to unplug. Great job Shark!!! Forget spending the extra money on the name Dyson in my opinion.

I bought the Champagne Pro model and couldn't be happier. The bag of extra attachments is sweet! Lift away is great for stairs. Put it on the base with wheels and you have a canister vacuum. Suction is great. Easy to empty. A++

I purchased this vacuum on sale for $169. I am very satisfied thus far! It has so many attachments for just about any job. I love the power it has and the color is a nice, simple choice. I would purchase again.

Best vacuum I've ever had! We have a black lab and my carpets have never been cleaner! Don't have to vacuum as often! It's easy to move around, it rotates and moves around to get every corner!!

Got this for my son's apartment (and he has a shedding dog). It is very lightweight and cleans better than the much more expensive (and heavier) one he had before.
