House cleaner here, I will never own any other vacuum! By far the best suction, never loses suction even when the filter are dirty or the canister is full. Love being able to take off the canister to vacuum with just the stick and head unit or any of the tools they offer. Def saves my back. The auto selection takes getting use to but I love it now. So glad they brought back the light on the handle!

I have had other Sharks before. They were really good. But I needed something easy to vacuum stairs and pick up pet hair. This vacuum is top shelf after the first vacuum job it was worth its weight in gold. I know it cost like gold. But it is so worth it.

This vacuum is the best picks up everything. That my old vacuum did not pick up. I vacuum with my old one thecright after i used this vacuum and i could not believe it pucked up a hole chamber full of durt and dog hair. After cleaning it out it pick up more i can not believe that my old vacuum did not clean my carpet like this one i would never buy a definte brand this is my gobto vacuum.

Strongest vacuum I've ever owned, it's a good thing the off button is on the handle in case you get too close to your drapes. Multiple configurations help you clean high, low and in between with ease, though it is somewhat bulky, but we choose endless run time over lighter weight cordless ones with short battery life. The "Odor Neutralizer Technology" is really just a heavily perfumed capsule that you might want to remove unless you're dealing with wet dog smell.

I would give this vacuum 10+ stars! Excellent product!

LOVE the Shark Vacuums! This one works just as great as the others, with a few new/updated features. I have 4 cats and a dog, and this thing really does a great job picking up after my clan.

Best vaccuum I've ever owned. Makes easy work of pet hair, dust, allergens, had cleanable removable parts to clean under and behind all furnite and up stairs. Not too heavy to maneuver and glides easily across carpet, wood, floors.

Love the power of this Shark. With five cats, I need a good vacuum for cat hair. I’ve always owned Sharks, but this the new brush system works great on carpet, low-pile rugs, and hardwood. The scent cartridge is pleasant. I don’t like a lot of fragrance, but it’s a light smell while vacuuming. It doesn’t linger long. The cord is long enough and the two pieces that came with it are fine, but for the price, I was expecting more accessory pieces. Like my other Sharks, the hose isn’t long enough to reach high places.But that’s the only drawback for this vacuum cleaner. My last Shark lasted 8 years. Because Sharks really aren’t consumer friendly to change belts and such, I hope this one lasts as long.

Just got it and it works great. Carpet never looked and smelled so good.

We had the prior version, which was already one of the better units for long pet hair (although we had issues with more frequent upkeep) and had tried a couple of other brands to see how well they worked...the Stratos out cleaned and handled our long dog hair far better than any others in this price range!

The most powerful suction I’ve ever had with a vacuum. Easy to use lift away feature. Only bad thing I’ve found is the hose isn’t as long as I’d like it to be especially when you the lift away feature.

Just bought this yesterday on sale and wow. I have dogs and just cleaned with my Dyson Animal the day before. I thought I would try it out when I brought it home and just kept sucking up pet hair that the Dyson left behind. Great on wood floors and carpets. Stairs are never easy but this worked well. Was impressed with how easy it was to get under furniture. I would buy this over and over again.

Alrighty, I love this vacuum so far. It took me several weeks of research to choose a vacuum. The price of a good vacuum held me back, but I was so happy when the Shark Stratos went on sale. The Stratos picks up well. We have laminate, carpeting, and large rugs throughout our home (over 3800sqft). Two of our rugs are very thick piled. With the old Shark, from over a decade ago, I’d get stuck or tangled in the rugs. Using my new Stratos, I’m able to maneuver with minimal difficulty using the height adjustment switch…it works! I did break a little sweat, but it was well worth it. The other medium piled rugs and carpet had no difficulty being vacuum with the Stratos. I didn’t get stuck or entangled. It was also easy to empty and wipe down after use. The dirt fluffs that came up with the Stratos was shocking. I vacuumed 4 large rooms and had no idea that we had that much dirt still sitting in the carpet and rugs from the old shark. My only con: I wish there had been a 4th adjustment for height that would have raised the vacuum an eighth to a quarter of an inch higher to add more ease of use for high pile and thick pile carpeting or rugs.

I bought this for my mom when her previous shark we thought broke (turned out to be a broken hose on the floor head) and she loves the dual clean roller since the house is 50% carpet 50% hard floor and my parents have 3 dogs that shed a lot. Some other vacuums she would have issues getting the fur off of the kitchen floor because it’s a weird flooring type and the fur kind of sticks, but the dual clean roller does a great job of getting the hair off of that.

Heavier than I expected but very agile. Does a great job on both carpet (rugs) and vinyl flooring.
