    Great vacuum. Had to get a replacement under the manufacture’s warranty but that process was super easy and hassle free. Much better than the Dyson I had

    I was a Dyson fanboy for 20 years, but we got one of the newer models, and it was just terrible. I read reviews of what was good, and found this model. It's even better than our old diehard. This thing sucks so good.

    This by far the best Shark we ever owned. What it does best is fit under beds. The dust collector separates from the unit and allows it to fit. It makes a path in the dust like a snow blower through snow. Not the cheapest Shark, but I venture to say among the best of them.

    Good looking vacuum, but too heavy & cumbersome for me to maneuver. I'm a senior female with arthrisits of the hands, fingers, wrists & other joints as well impaired visioon. I thought I was purchaing the vacuum that was a combination vacuum & carpet shampooer. Additionally, I've not had it a year and have only used it twice, but there's no User Manual that came with it and I NEED a User Manual.

    This vacume doesnt like when it says it have the strongest suction force. I can feel the pull on the carpet from the suction. It also leaves a fresh smell in the room
