On / off button no longer works. Have to plug and unplug to turn on and off. Only know if the brush is actually spinning IF the light is on

Great cleaning.

Great while it lasted

I contacted Shark and they replaced it with the same vacuum. Not even a month later the roller quit working and the vacuum gave off a terrible burning smell. Back to Shark customer service I went and will be sending the replacement vacuum back to them. Don't waste your time or money with this vacuum. Everything is just made to break, unfortunately.
