Biggest negative is that it can't be used on rugs or carpet. Otherwise, it all works as advertised but it was hard to figure out initially and it was too much of a hassle to clean. I got a powerful vacuum cleaner instead and I use an old fashioned mop whenever needed.

I researched so many vacuums and this came out as a good quality vacuum for a mid tier price. They have excellent marketing, I'll give them that. First, there is no oder neutralizing, it is a fragrance bomb that about took me out. I expected it to be a filter or something like baking soda that actually neutralizes orders, not covers them up, it was so harsh just opening it, my throat was irritated and just no! It is too narrow, the suction is nothing compared to my old Hoovers, the swivel makes it awkward. For this amount of money, I am not impressed. I will be returning it. Also the height of the handle has been mentioned and it is awkward. My husband moved it and said, wow, that's tall.

Super powerful suction! I’ve gone through a vacuum a year being the owner of two Bernies Mountain dogs and this is the first vacuum that can pull all the hair up and not tangle in the roller. Couldn’t be happier so far!

It is very heavy to maneuver. It leaves me with arm and lower back pain if you vacuum an entire house

Just opened at Xmas. My son put it together easily. works well so far. Nice long cord. easy lever to empty....had to look for that compared to our other Shark....which is now going to go upstairs.

Under a year old and the cord is done. Used the notches to lock it in and it frayed. The roller on bottom is always clogged with pet hair. It’s very powerful but the tubes are so small it’s constantly clogged. It’s a huge let down.

Great vacuum. Does really well on thicker carpet and has lots of great features.

Still a good vacuum but seams to be a cheap plastic compaired to previous models.

I LOVE this vacuum cleaner! I just bought a Dyson and it was so bad that I sold it for half the price on Facebook marketplace at 4 months old. This one is so much better!!!
