    Broke after 2 months of use. No longer sucks anything up and is so loud, no blockages in any of the hoses. Best buy support is no help so now I have to spend hours on the phone with Shark customer support. $500 wasted.

    Bad experience out of box

    Broken right out of the box. I could not get the dust chamber to snap into place. Upon further inspection, the plastic moulding was defective. For this price point, that should not happen. I got so frustrated I returned it and bought a Dyson the same day.

    I am not thrilled with this vacuum. The suction is not great on pet hair as advertised. Also, I haven’t had it for a year and the power on/off switch doesn't work

    Pet Hair Disappointment

    This is the worst vacuum I've ever owned. I upgraded from a slightly less expensive Shark, thinking this would be better for pet hair with the new design, plus I love the idea of the odor neutralizer. Believe the other reviewers that say this thing can't handle pet hair. Every single other vacuum, including my less expensive Shark (more than one) and my Dyson, could handle pet hair much better than this. It clogs up the roller in the front and I am constantly having to take it apart to clean it out! I've never had that issue with any other vacuum, especially one supposedly designed for picking up pet hair. In addition, it takes AT LEAST 3-4 tries every single time to replace the dust bin after I take it off to empty it. My husband has the same issue, and I see that others do as well. I wish I would have taken this back. ZERO STARS and a waste of money.

    Not for dog hair. Definitely disappointed

    Very disappointed! Purchased this vacuum upon researching and reading many reviews. I have dogs vinyl flooring and just need something to suck the dog hair up from hard floors. It seemed to gather hair along the front roller brush that I am continuously wiping. Im 5'3 and its a bit tall and akward for me to grab the handle as well.called shark as its only 38 days old they said they dont usually replace unless their is an issue with the suction. The customer service specialist advised this weird for this "top of the line product". They offered to replace the floor nozzle

    Don't waste your money. We bought this to replace an older shark (maybe 3 years old and we paid around $350), it doesn't even come close to our previous model. It feels very cheap, the pet attachment is junk. I don't know what shark was thinking or why they decided to compromise their quality. We are loyal to shark products but this one is definitely not worth it.

    Initially we really enjoyed the quality of this product. Then we started to notice a burning hair smell and the lower wheels started to squeak after a month. Then the vacuum completely stopped working 61 days later (frustrating it was outside of the return policy). I would be very cautious about purchasing this product and would buy the replacement plan if it breaks.

    Would not buy again I loved it however, my duofin roller brush has gotten chewed up and is not replaceable. Not even a year old. How disappointing.

    I’m pretty disappointed with this vacuum and I usually love Shark products. The biggest problem is that it’s not self propelled so for an old lady like me, my shoulder was pretty sore after vacuuming. Also, my previous model had a light when I used the wand-this one doesn’t. It picks up ok, I would have returned it but I missed the return window. Now I’m stuck with it.

    Randomly won't power on

    This vacuum would otherwise be the best one we've bought (with shedding pets and all) we've been through a lot of vacuums. Unfortunately, it randomly will not turn on or show any power whatsoever. We've tried many different outlets, cleaned it, the whole 9 yards, and nothing. A few days later, it turns on like nothing was ever wrong. This has happened twice now. Far too expensive for something you cannot use at all times.

    After only having this vacuum for around six months it gave out on me started making weird sounds and i had to return it.

    Had this for just over a year now and the fins on the brush are worn out/busted. Shark does not sell replacements for this part and wants me buy an entire vacuum "head" for over $100. Will definitely not be buying a shark again.

    Power button doesn't work.

    I was really excited about this machine as all the reviews were great. I traveled 100 miles round trip to pick this vacuum up. When I got it home and put it together and pushed the start button it wouldn't start. Tried a different outlet, wouldn't start. Brought it back to the store, for a exchange and had the associate open the new vacuum box to make sure it would run, Nope. Same problem. Wouldn't run. No power at all. $500.00 piece of junk. Who ever is in charge of Quality control needs to be re trained. No one wants to pay this kind of money for something that won't even turn on. SHARK, are you listening?
