Could be made with less plastic materials. For the price, quality could've been better. Does pick up very well tho. My old one lasted 6yrs, I know this one wont.

Worst shark vacuum I have purchase. For the price is retail I expected something like the old sharks but better!
After 4 months of using this, the soft brush stop rolling and because of it, it doesn’t have sufficient suction. Try calling because of the warranty but I have to pay $150 “because it only covers the motor NOT the parts” even tough it was bought back in February

It all seemed great and we were so excited to use it. We got it put it all together and it worked great. It all came to and end when we tried to empty the canister and put it back on the vacuum. It would not click back into place. No matter how hard we tried it would not click into place again. It had to go back.

Absolutely love this vacuum! It replaced my prior Shark lift away love the pet brush works great on removing Chihuahua fur from my sofa! I love all the controls on the handle making it so much easier to change from carpet to bare floors.

Purchased this vacuum back on November 3rd and it is dead! The rubber fin tore and the belt broke on the rollers. Shark mentioned that due to the design you are unable to replace the roller or belt and that the bottom section would need to be replaced. This part is not covered by warranty and they would make an exception and cover since it was just over 90 days old. The eta for receiving the item would be 3-4 weeks.
I contacted Best Buy to see about returning the item but it was past my cutoff of January 13th and that I would need to work with Shark that there was nothing that they could do on an exchange or return.

I have owned 2 of these vacuums. The first worked great, the second died within a months use.

We only had this a couple weeks and it won't turn on. It cleaned well when it worked. I will contact Best Buy since we bought insurance on it.

Was great but stopped working after 6 months. Also didn't like how there isnt a light

The vacuum did not have enough suction, to get the hose out was a pain. Ultimately we returned in less than a week because the power switch failed and quit turning the vacuum on.
