It’s truly a great tip. From now on, you should buy all electronics at best buy. I am currently a total member, and ever since joining the total membership program, I purchase all my electronics from best buy. With thier price math policy , you can always get the lowest price available. If a product has any issues, you can simply bring it to the store and they will take care of everything for you. There’s no need for me to ship anything back. And if there’s a problem after purchasing, they can usually replace it with another item unless it’s a very speical case. I was very satisfied with how friendly and help the staff were.

probably one of the best fans I’ve purchased in my life, this thing is the coldest and coolest fan I’ve ever had, it has fans that can turn in different directions so you can have maximum air flow and you can cool down more then 1 person in different spots. you have to purchase this to believe the hype it’s a 10/10 purchase, you won’t regret buying this !!!!!!

Not to bulky and easy to move around. Only think I wish was different would be the ability to change the Heat/cool option from the remote. Other than that, I love it!

Shark - TurboBlade Cool + Heat - Ultra-customizable bladeless tower fan & heater, - Charcoal The Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat is a striking tower fan. Unlike traditional rotary fans, this model showcases an attractive design with a rotating vertical arm that looks like futuristic wings. Its bladeless design pulls in air and circulates it around the room, avoiding the dust buildup common with standard fans. The unit features twin rotating blades that blow cool air through slits, which can be angled to target specific areas. The heat function includes an adjustable vent or grille at the center of the unit. Additionally, it has a Dust Defense filter in the base to trap dust and particles. While the Dust Defense filter is a helpful addition, allergy sufferers might prefer an upgraded version with a HEPA filter. The unit was simple to set up and operate. I assembled it in under 10 minutes, and you can feel the heating or cooling almost immediately, even from across the room. The three main parts are labeled A, B, and C, and you just align the arrows to rotate and click them into place. It stands nearly 46 inches tall and 12 inches wide, and weighs nearly 22 pounds. I found it easy to move, and the 22 pounds felt very manageable, though I can see that for some, adding lockable wheels would be a helpful upgrade for easier mobility. The cord is about 70 inches long, allowing for more placement options. The remote display is nice in the dark but the buttons themselves don’t light up. Unlike the fan-only TurboBlade, there was no height adjustment. To select your mode, simply turn the rotary dial from the red dot (Heater) to the blue dot (Fan). Once set, the red or blue LED ring will light up on the base and on the remote control, so you can easily see which mode is active. You can either manually adjust the temperature using the touch LED screen on the tower or use the remote control to change your settings. Having a magnetic doc for the remote makes it easy to store. The mag dock made for a solid connection. The transition from hot to cold is rapid because cold exits the blades while heat exits the central vent. The remote covers all functions except for switching the unit to heat or from heat to cool, which is manual at the fan. I was surprised that the unit didn’t have an app also to work the TurboBlade but IMO I have enough apps as it is and don’t need one more. Fan Mode: When switched to fan mode, the TurboBlade moves air with a steady, bladeless stream instead of choppy bursts. The bar features twin rotating blades that release cool air through the slits and can be angled to target specific areas in the room. The vertical setting is good for targeted airflow and the horizontal “air blanket” option to spread air throughout the room. You can rotate the bar to vertical or horizontal positions (or any angle in between) to customize it to your needs; it rotates smoothly without increments. The tower oscillates by up to 180 degrees or can be static. Fan noise increases slightly at higher speeds, but even on level 8 of 10, it’s still quieter than any pedestal fan I have tried or own. The airflow feels smoother, almost like a soft breeze rather than a draft. Heater Mode: The TurboBlade’s heater, which is released from the adjustable vent/grill in the center of the bar to deliver a focused, controlled stream of heat while the outer casing remains cool to the touch, this design makes it safer around pets and children. I appreciated how the heat evenly covered my 200-square-foot room without hot spots or distracting noise. The fan delivers 1,500 watts of heat in three unique modes: Comfort mode for all-day use, Focus mode for more targeted heat.. The system is intended for small or medium rooms under 225 square feet. Thermo IQ mode automatically adjusts the output to keep the room at your ideal temperature, and it turns on quickly when the temperature drops. The heating can be set to a specific temperature between 60 and 90 degrees. I think having the option to use the heat system and the fan simultaneously would offer much more versatility. Sometimes, you need a little extra breeze to go along with the heat. The noise level with the heat on is on par with other space heaters. I like the Shark - TurboBlade Cool + Heat. It is a modern, sleek-looking unit that I will get a lot of use out of. It does its job well and I noted only a few improvements or options that could be put into future models. The two-year warranty is a plus.

📦 UNBOXING: Inside the box, you’ll find the disassembled fan, a remote control with batteries, and documentation. Shark has placed peel-off labels across crucial parts of the product for both the assembly process and introducing features. This makes the setup process much less cumbersome, with or without a manual. 🛠️ SETUP: Setup is a quick process and took me just a few minutes to do. There are guide markings on each part to indicate where they should line up to connect, which makes this process easier. Each time you align the guide markings, you’ll connect the two parts, and in some cases, you will turn until you hear a click. One piece of feedback I have for Shark is that for those with visual impairments, using yellow markings on a black product may be a better choice for visual accessibility. To set up the fan, you’ll start by connecting the base to the base plate. Then connecting the fan pole to the base. Then connect the blades to the fan. Finally, remove all the stickers on the fan, and it’s ready to go. And of course, you should also put batteries in the remote. 💪 BUILD: The build is primarily plastic, but it doesn’t feel wobbly or cheap. The base has some glossy components which may get surface scratches over time, but it’s not a big deal for a product that is largely stationary. It weighs in at roughly 20 lbs, so it should be easy for most people to move from one room to another. There is a handle on the base that you should use when carrying the fan, while using another hand on the pole. I’ve carried it from my second floor down to my basement with ease. And there’s even a dedicated spot on the back of the fan to magnetically stow away the remote so you don’t lose it. The base itself can rotate 180 degrees for better airflow to a room, and the fan can be configured in a vertical or horizontal orientation to give more versatility for space constraints and directional flow of air. The blades themselves can be manually adjusted to face opposite directions to get a thorough full-room cooling experience. It’s important to note that only the central fan vent emits heat, so the blades are disabled when heat mode is turned on. Similarly, the central fan vent does not emit cool air, so it is disabled during fan mode. 🎛️ CONTROLS: The base has a display and capacitive touch controls so you don’t have to use the remote control to operate the fan. However, there are some fan modes that are only accessible from the remote which we’ll talk about later. The on-base controls include the power toggle, 4 brightness modes, 3 modes of oscillation (45, 90 and 180 degrees) and up/down arrows. During heat mode, the arrows control the temperature, and during fan mode, the arrows control the fan speed with 10 speeds. On the fan itself, you’ll find a heat/fan dial to switch between heat mode and cool mode. This cannot be done via the remote control, which is likely by design to prevent unintended heat. Additionally, there is a vent slider so you can control the direction of the heat. The remote control includes a display to show the active settings so you don’t have to look at the fan’s base during operation. But you can also rotate the fan’s position or turn on oscillation from the remote, so you don’t have to touch the fan itself to position it. But there are some modes exclusive to the remote that are worth mentioning. 🌡️ MODES: During fan mode, the remote control can toggle between Sleep mode, BreezeBoost, and Natural Breeze modes. Sleep mode mutes chimes, dims lights and uses optimized fan speed for sleep. BreezeBoost delivers a powerful burst of airflow, and Natural Breeze has variable airflow to simulate wind patterns. With heat mode enabled, the remote control can toggle between ThermoIQ mode, Comfort mode, and Focus mode. ThermoIQ relies on your set temperature to deliver and sustain heat at that temperature—turning on and off as needed. Comfort mode delivers a more gentle flow of warmth for sustained use, and Focus mode delivers a powerful flow of heat for those moments where you need to quickly warm a room. There’s also a timer on the remote so you can set it to turn off after 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. Additionally, the unit will turn off in heat mode if it ever reaches 100F or if it remains inactive for 8 hours. 💨 PERFORMANCE: The Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat blends features found across a variety of space heaters. It uses a ceramic plate for heating, and a fan for emitting hot air. It can pull up to 1500W of power from the wall, instantly delivering hot air to a room. Compared to an oil-filled radiator style heater, this Shark TurboBlade can quickly heat up a room, but it doesn’t have heat retention like an oil-filled heater. With that said, because it has a thermostat and can oscillate 180 degrees, the Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat does a good job at maintaining a constant temperature in a room and will turn on and off to retain the expected temperature when in ThermoIQ mode. I’ve used it in my second floor bedroom and basement game room where it tends to be coldest, and turning it to Focus mode for several minutes can make a big difference for comfort—especially before bed. For its cooling performance, the Shark TurboBlade is also very good. In its most powerful BreezeBoost mode, I could see just under 80W pulled from the wall. Rotating the blades allows for omni-directional cooling, and with oscillation you can more effectively cool an entire room. I could absolutely see the Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat fan being more desirable for cost savings against an HVAC unit in a larger home when you spend most of your time in one or two rooms. Oftentimes, there’s just no sense in cooling/heating a whole house or having to close the vents in unoccupied rooms just to get better airflow into the most occupied rooms. 🧐 CONCLUSION: Overall, I’m quite happy with the Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat. It’s easy to carry and even fits into smaller spaces thanks to its ability to orient vertically. I appreciate that it can be operated by remote or physical controls, but it would be nice if all of its capabilities were accessible by both remote and on the base itself. With that said, it’s not a dealbreaker for me. This is a fan that is so versatile that I expect to use it all-year round instead of seasonally.

The Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat tower fan is replacing an older tower fan that is also remote controlled but with less features. As its name implies, this bladeless tower fan provides cooling and hot air which makes it ideal to use year-round, regardless of the temperatures. After an easy set-up, it was up and running. It consists of a base with a control panel, a short air duct and a ‘head’, with the heater unit, where you connect a pair of fan blades. The strength of the TurboBlade Cool + Heat tower fan resides in its customizable airflow. First, the fan blades’ orientation can be adjusted vertically or horizontally, and every other angle in between, and then the fan blades themselves can pivot left or right independently. And on top of this, it can oscillate from 45 degrees up to 180 degrees. With its unique design, you would think that you could adjust the height but you can’t. In my opinion, it’s not a big deal since most tower fans don’t offer that option. With such customizable airflow options, I believe the height adjustment is not important and not needed. I quickly came to like this tower fan. It was easy to find the ideal airflow customization and the remote controls are complete and not difficult to master. Something small but significant is the remote control that magnetically attaches itself on top of the air duct; it makes it easy to keep in one place and avoid losing it. Also, the remote has a LED screen that indicates the fan speed and different modes. The first thing I did was to get rid of the chime that sounded with every button press. On cool mode, the speed can be adjusted manually or by using the Fan mode that offers 3 settings called Sleep, BreezeBoost and Natural Breeze. I particularly liked the latter as it simulated the ever changing airflow of natural wind. The manual adjustment has 10 speeds. The fan is mostly on the silent side. At higher speeds, it gets noisy but not as much as I expected; it sounds more like a central air than a traditional fan. The cooling winds can be comfortably felt at up to 7 to 8 feet away. Farther than that, even at maximum speed, the cooling effect is not really felt. As for the heating option, living in mostly hot and humid South Florida presents few occasions. However, we were lucky to have a couple days with temperatures in the low 50s at nighttime. It performed quite well and the Thermo IQ function that keeps the temperature to your desired setting. The heating component gets real hot and should be handled carefully especially around children and pets. With its sleek and compact design, the Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat tower fan looks good everywhere. It’s well constructed with quality plastics, and its ultra customizable airflow and its cooling and heating capabilities can provide year-round comfort. It’s the most impressive tower fan I’ve come across so far.

There are two items that I've always had a need for in my home - tower fans and space heaters. I've always kept a tower fan in the bedroom; as I enjoy some movement of air, and living next to a parkway, like to have some white noise in the background. I've also had the need of a heater as any home I've lived in always had some "cold spot" that needed a bit of adjustment. Prior to receiving the Shark, for the last year or two I've had the Dyson Heat/Cool in the bedroom to serve those purposes. I encountered no difficulty in assembling the TurboBlade, set up the weighted base, the swing arms easily snap into place, removing a few decals, insert batteries for remote, and it's ready to go - no screws or tools required. There is an indented handhold in the back to be used when moving the fan, and also a magnetized storage space for the remote. It should be noted during assembly that the "blades" can be installed in either forward or backward direction depending on your primary mode of usage. In most instances, the unit would be against a wall or corner; however if used in a central location, alternate blade position will give you 360 coverage. This arrangement works only on fan/cool mode as when in heat mode, only the center louvers are used. There are three settings while in fan mode - Natural Breeze, as you would expect, simulates a gentle rise & fall in fan speed; BreezeBoost is a power setting; Sleep is the quietest of them all. There are multiple heat settings as well - ThermalQ acts like your hot air furnace would - turning on & off to maintain your desired temperature. Focus mode is a power mode; what you would use to heat up a room quickly; and Comfort mode is a continuous gentle flow that is my desired setting. The TurboBlade also provides oscillation up to 180 degrees. The TurboBlade uses a ceramic plate for heating as opposed to radiant coils used in years past (I actually still see some of those around today!) Still, there are reminders for its use; for instance, don't use the blades as a towel heating rack! I also was reminded of the power draw of this machine while I was testing it out. I was using it in a spare room which we only heat to 60 degrees when a house breaker tripped. The culprit was the Dyson Heat/Cool in the adjacent bedroom which had gone into heat mode. As both of these units have 1500 watt capacity, having 2 of them operating on the same 15 amp circuit was a no-go. Also it is not advised to have this type of device plugged into a power strip, they should go directly into a wall socket. All said, I'm very happy with the TurboBlade, you can always rely on Shark to put a new twist on a device that's been around the forever.

Great space heater and fan combined

The Shark TurboBlade is the first bladeless tower fan I have ever owned. What’s great about this tower is that it can function as a both a space heater and fan so you can save space in your home without needing a separate space heater and fan. This is a product I can easily recommend for a small room if you find it on sale as it’s easy to operate, portable, and functional. For starters, assembling the tower fan is easy. There are only a few steps required so it should maybe take ten minutes at most and the pieces you assemble are large. Something neat I should mention is that the remote can magnetically attach to the tower. You can set the blades to be vertical or horizontal to meet the needs of your space. Given that it is the winter at the time of this review, I have mainly been using its heating function. You set the tower’s mode to heat via a lever on the side and then set the desired temperature, that’s it. You can adjust three different modes: thermo IQ(maintaining the temperature of the room), focus mode (directing heat at a specific spot), and comfort mode (low sustained heat suited for long periods). Switching to the cooling mode is done via the lever on the side. You get three different modes here: sleep, boost, and natural breeze. Sleep mode dims the lights and lowers the fan speed so it’s quieter. Boost mode is more intense with the fan speed and is louder as a result. Natural breeze is in-between and attempts to simulate real winds. In both cooling and heating modes, you can set the tower to oscillate using the remote or set a timer to determine how long the tower will operate before shutting down. The tower weighs about 23 lbs. so moving it from room to room isn’t difficult. It is said to be able to heat up to 225 square feet though it works as a personal fan and heater too. I feel that this tower can heat larger rooms though it may take longer, but for smaller bedrooms and bathrooms this tower is ideal. There is a removable dust defense panel that you can pop out to clean. I don’t really have much negative to say about this bladeless tower other than it would be nice to be able to switch between heating and cooling with the remote. If you need a space heater or a fan for your office, bathroom, or bedroom, I would definitely recommend this Shark TurboBlade.

The Shark TurboBlade is the perfect all-in-one appliance for year-round comfort. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the packaging and the tool-free assembly; every piece simply clicks together securely. The performance is outstanding. In fan mode, the BreezeBoost function is powerful enough to push air across my whole apartment from my living room to the kitchen. The heater mode is equally impressive; while it uses a more concentrated center vent with an adjustable swivel handle, it still warms large spaces quickly. I use this in my sons' room (the coldest in the house), and the Thermo IQ mode is a lifesaver. I can set it to 68°F, and it intelligently maintains that temperature all night. One of my favorite "hidden" features is the ability to mute the button beeps via the remote, a rarity for space heaters! It’s perfect for making adjustments at night without waking anyone up. My only critique is the lack of Wi-Fi/Smart integration. Having app or voice control for my kids' room would have made this a 10/10, but the performance alone still makes it a fantastic buy. Pros: Easy Setup: Tool-free assembly that clicks together in seconds. Impressive Range: BreezeBoost reaches across multiple rooms. Thermo IQ: Perfect for bedrooms; it maintains a set temp (like 68°F) perfectly. User Friendly: The remote features an LCD screen and a "mute" option for those annoying beeps. Cons: No Smart Features: No Wi-Fi or voice control via Alexa/Google. Final Verdict: Even without the app control, this is the most effective 2-in-1 I’ve owned. Great for keeping any living space comfortable without the noise or hassle of traditional heaters.

If you are looking for a single device that can replace both your clunky box fan in the summer and your space heater in the winter, the Shark TurboBlade Cool + Heat is arguably one of the "nicest" upgrades you can make for your home comfort. It feels incredibly premium compared to standard plastic fans, but beyond the sleek look, it actually delivers on performance where it counts. It feels like it has a "Turbo" motor. The first thing you notice when you turn it on is the sheer power. Despite being relatively compact and bladeless, the motor pushes a serious amount of air. Cooling: In cooling mode, it doesn't just buffer the air; it creates a distinct breeze that you can feel from across the room. Heating: When switched to heat, that powerful motor comes in handy by projecting warmth deep into the room rather than just letting heat rise to the ceiling immediately. It warms up a chilly space surprisingly fast. Another great feature is the unique oscillation & versatilityThis is where the "niceness" factor really shines. Most fans just turn left and right, but the Shark TurboBlade offers 180-degree oscillation, meaning it covers a huge area. The best feature, however, is the ability to pivot the fan horizontally or vertically. You can leave it standing tall like a tower fan, or tilt it sideways to create an "Air Blanket" (perfect for when you are lying on the couch or in bed and want the air distributed evenly over your whole area. You won't need a toolbox or a complicated manual to get this running. It is practically ready to use right out of the box. A few clicks of the base and fan tower together and then simply plug it in, and you are done. The interface is clean and easy to understand immediately—no guessing what the buttons do. Shark included a very thoughtful remote control with this unit. Full Control: You can adjust the heat, fan speed, and oscillation without getting up from your seat. Magnetic Storage: A small but "nice" detail is that the remote is magnetic and snaps right onto the side of the fan. This completely solves the problem of "where did I put the remote?" I plan on buying at leasr one or two more of these for other areas in my home. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the Shark TurboBlade mostly for heat so far — it’s the middle of winter here in the Midwest — and I’ve been pretty happy with it. We’ve got a thermostat that’s tied to a sensor in our daughter’s room, and since her room’s on an outside wall, it tends to run cooler. Don’t ask me why, but for some reason our master bedroom and my office sometimes don’t get as much heat as we’d like. I’ve been moving the Shark between those two rooms, and it’s been great at warming things up fast. It’s got a bunch of fan speeds which is helpful because when I’m in my office it’s closer to me and the lowest fan speed is more than enough. For our bedroom that approaches the 225 sq ft spec I tend to have the fan speed up higher to accomplish what we need. The remote is straightforward and works well. I also like that you can set it up tall like a tower or lay it down horizontal depending on the space. The vertical tower layout is also handy when moving it around. As far as the sound goes, you can definitely hear it running, but it’s more of a steady white noise — nothing that’s gotten in the way of sleep or working. Biggest downside? It’s a bit bulky. Not heavy or anything, just kind of takes up more space than I I’d like. It’s like it’s the perfect height but too bulky at the bottom, but I suppose that it would be more difficult to have a solid base for balance when it’s that tall. I will say that it’s built well and doesn’t get hot on the outside, which is nice since we’ve got a toddler who loves to touch everything. Overall you’re definitely getting a versatile heating/cooling unit and I can see this as a constant in our house year round.

I absolutely love the Shark Turbo Blade Cool and Heat, it truly gives you the best of both worlds. As a loyal customer with several Shark products in my home, I can safely say they do not disappoint. Right out of the box, the setup process is incredibly straightforward just follow the included instructions and you are ready to go in minutes. Living in California, our weather is notoriously unpredictable. Even though winter has technically started, the "crazy Cali weather" means I still find myself using the fan mode frequently. The design reminds me of a modern windmill, though the head itself doesn't rotate in that specific way. The speed adjustments are impressive and move a significant amount of air, though it is worth noting that it can get quite loud on the higher settings. The unit features three distinct modes: Sleep mode, BreezeBoost, and Natural Breeze. However, there is a major catch: these modes and the heat settings are only accessible via the remote control. If you lose that remote, you lose access to most of the unit's best features, as the on-unit display only handles Power, Brightness, Oscillation, and basic Fan Speed. I initially expected the heater to blow air through the fan blades, but it actually emits from a dedicated central vent. I also want to share a troubleshooting tip: I frequently carry this unit from room to room, and at one point, I accidentally twisted the bottom base so it was no longer perfectly aligned. I didn't notice it was loose, but it caused the heating element to stop working entirely. The fan worked fine, but the heat wouldn't kick in, which drove me crazy! Thankfully, I realized it just needed to be clicked back into place. Once aligned, it worked perfectly again. Aside from that minor hiccup, this is a fantastic, high-quality product that I highly recommend for year-round comfort

The Shark TurboBlade Cool and Heat bladeless fan system does heating and cooling well. It’s not too heavy at ~22 pounds and has a handle slot for easy moving. Assembly is easy. All of the parts fit only one way and snap into place. The base, main unit and fan direction arms are easy to attach. The base is solid and doesn’t tip over easily. It is tall at 46 inches. The fan arms rotate 90 degrees about the base without much effort and on the arms themselves. It has a filter, but it’s only for catching large particles, it’s a metal mesh screen, not a hepa filter. It has a remote that controls the unit and displays its current status. The remote is RF, so you don’t have to point it at the unit for it to work. The remote can attach to base and stay magnetically. The display on the unit is large and with color lets you quickly know what its doing. The oscillator lets you set the unit to rotate to cover more areas of a room. It is built of plastic with some metal parts and seems durable overall. For cooling, the unit worked great. You rotate a lever 90 degrees on the side to set heating or cooling, this must be done manually. With the blades rotatable on the arm and from the base unit you can decide how to deliver the air. In a large room from 35 feet away, I could still feel the air blowing at a decent rate. Set to oscillate and it can cool a room quickly. At the highest setting it can be on the loud side since it’s pushing a lot of air. Use night or lower settings and it can be very quiet. The fan goes from 1-10 and the air only comes out the holes in the arms. For heat, the air comes out of the center vent. You can set different modes of how you want the heat to come out from more directed to diffused. There is a lever to control the air direction on the heating head that must be done manually. The air from the center unit does not come out as forcefully as when in the cooling mode. You can set the unit to heat to a temperature, max of 90F, or to just heat. The air comes out hot and when I put it on oscillation mode it seemed the best way to heat a whole room. If it’s just one spot, direct it at one area and it will heat quickly. The heating mode is quiet, and the heat waifs to fill an area. Directing the vent properly can help. I tested the auto shutoff due to tipping feature. At ~45 degrees, the unit will automatically shutoff. So, if it’s knocked over it will turn off. Overall, it’s a good unit for cooling and heating. It is better at cooling than heating due to the lower amount of air the heater puts out. Also, the filter is just a fine metal mesh and can only get big particles. You can set auto shutoff times for up to 8 hours. The remote display and activates almost all the features. You do have to manually adjust the fan arms, heat direction, and whether you want heat or cooling.

I absolutely love this shark space heater and blade fan. This thing looks so much nicer than your standard oscillating fan you would normally find in a bedroom, not only does this baby work as a fan but it also is the space heater that puts out a very nice amount of heat. First off I must say the style and design of this turbo blade fan by shark is just awesome, it looks nice in my master bedroom or any room of your house for that matter and it really works well and you have so many options for aiming where you want the air to be moved. The base is sturdy and doesn't feel like it's tipsy or roll fall over easily like some larger oscillating fans I've had in the past over the years. There's really nothing I don't like about this fan at all The only way it could be any better is if it may be sat 628 in taller or had an adjustable mount where you could raise or lower the height an additional foot. The included remote control is just awesome it's nice to be able to watch TV in bed and turn the fan on or off adjust the temperature or speed the only thing you can't do with the remote is switch from heating to cooling. The built-in timer is awesome I use it at night when I go to sleep with the fan on, that way I don't worry that it may burn the house down as I put it on a 2-hour timer and drift away. I'm impressed by how much air this actually moves when I had it on oscillate for fan it actually closed my bedroom door that was half open. While this fan is not at all what I would consider a affordable option for just a fan but seeing what you get and it's design and how it so well blends into your decor, definitely makes it a viable option. I would highly recommend this to anybody that's on the fence.

I own and use a couple of Shark products already, but this is the 1st time owning one of their fans. For the past few days, it has become an awesome life saver just in time for the cold weather hitting us. Setup wasn't too difficult after taking all the parts out of the box. There is quite a bit of assembly required but it is tool-less. Everything basically snaps together in place. You also get a convenient remote that can be stored on the fan itself as it has a magnet to stick it to. When I was looking at the box during assembly, I thought you had to have it up and down for cool air and sideways for hot air, but that is simply not the case. Performance for cool air can be temperature controlled by the buttons on the fan itself for the remote and the air will blow from the outer fins. The heat on the other hand is from the vent right in the middle only. The only way to change it from hot or cold air is a physical slider on the fan itself. You can easily tell what mode you are in by the Blue or Red led lights to indicate cooling or heating. I have been using this fan not only while being in the living room where I spend most my time, but also the bedroom while sleeping. The heating function has been amazing during our rare 40 degree days in Texas but also great when the days have been hitting 80s (yes in December) for it's cooling. I love how you can osculate between 0, 45, 90 and 180 degrees of turning to suit your needs. As the fan is currently on sale at the time of writing, I feel it's a good value for what it does. Looks aesthetically pleasing, can take up little room (if leaving it vertical), great heating and cooling elements and solid build quality.

I use this in a bathroom which is at the opposite end of the house from the furnace thermostat, so this bathroom does not stay a constant temp like the rest of the house. In summer, it is hotter and in winter, it is colder. With the fan blades in the vertical position, it fits perfectly in a small space. There is no room for it to swivel, so I leave it stationary. The vent directional blades in the heat portion (at the center) can change the flow direction, and I set them to straight ahead, but they could point up or down if you wish. The ends of the blades are cooling air fan discharge, and they are not adjustable up and down - only straight out. I did not attach the rather large base as shown in photos as there was not enough floor space for it. If you want it to swivel, I recommend attaching it, but since mine is stationary, it is not needed. I have not tested it to see if it has an auto shutoff if tipped, but since I only use it when in the bathroom, a tip over switch is a moot point. The heater brings up the room about 4 degrees in a couple of minutes, so it is fast and once it reaches the set point, it turns off. It also has a self-timer that is settable with the remote. Not much in the way of instructions, but it is intuitive enough for most folks to figure out. I did not see a place to register it with Shark, so not sure how to cash in on a warranty if needed. It appears to be well built like their other products, but this is my first Shark heater / cooling fan. An interesting design and can't wait for hotter weather to check out how well it cools this space.

The Shark TurboBlade Cool Plus Heat is a uniquely designed tower fan and space heater with extremely flexible heating and cooling options. The fan was boxed nicely and was easy to assemble. Once i was able to see it up, i was happy to see how the remote sits on top and held in place by a strong magnet. The blade can be moved so the air flow can be directed more in one place when turned vertically or can be spread out across the blade when turned horizontally. There is an oscillating mode that moves up to 180 degrees. Heating: I was able to set the blade vertically and heat up the room quickly. I like the built-in thermostat that turn off the heat when the temperature is reached using the Thermo IQ mode. There are three heat modes from a soft comfort heating mode, night sleep mode and an intense quick warming turbo mode. Cooling: There are ten levels for the cooling fan. The fins can be moved in different directions so the air flow can be directed to cover multiple areas of the room. There is also a programmable timer. Remote: The remote provides total control on both heating and cooling. Filter: There is a built-in Dust Defense Filter at base to captures particles as air is brought in and it’s also washable to keep from being required to purchase expensive filters. Overall: The design and versatility of this fan and heater is the best of any I have found.

I have used the Shark TurboBlade Cool+Heat for a week now and with this cold wether that's been going on this rapidly became on of my favorite gadgets around the house. I really like the blade-less design of it and the fact that is very light for how much power it packs, which makes it easy to carry it around the house in the places that you need it most. Was super easy to ansamble and get it going. At first i used the built in screen with touch commands but the i found it easier using the remote since you can acces the multiple settings more rapidly and you don't have to worry misplacing it since it will attach to the back of the fan. This Fan's Cooling mode it is a beast and very adjustable, it really surprised me the output of air coming out of it and how quiet it is. Also the heater it's not far behind since it happens just from the middle element it's not as powerful in terms of capacity of blowing air but somehow feels very comfortable and meets my needs either i am using it in the office area or my room. ✅ Overall the Shark Turbo Blade is definitely worth considering for a safe, year long comfort booster around the house. I found it very useful and i much enjoy the 3 heating modes now in this cold winter time!

    Innovative and Performant Climate Control

I picked up the Shark Turboblade cooling tower to help climate control in my freshly built man cave until I could get the ventilation working properly. Its a great solution for those that have a small to medium size are that they need to correct the temperature in. The build quality of this is pretty premium, as you'd expect with a shark product. The base of the tower is heavily weighted, assembly required no screws or anything, it all very simply twisted together which was a plus. The ability to change the orientation of the fans is a neat addition that makes for a better spread. As for the fan functionality, that works great. This thing will move some air. I never needed to use it above the 4 level on speed, but it goes all the way up to 10. That was plenty of air movement and it did so relatively quietly. The heat function is the one area where I feel that it could use some work. The fans only work for the cooling side. Once on heat (which requires the use of a manual flip of a switch) the fans no longer blow air, instead the center heater engages which heats the room like any other portable heater would. Its not very effective for larger areas, but it works fine for my little room. The controls on the device are at the bottom on the base which is a little odd as I have to lean down pretty far to manually change settings. Luckily they include a remote which I use most of the time to control the fan. The only thing I can control with the remote is switching between heating and cooling.

Amazing fan. Great fan for your bed if your a hot sleeper. Was looking for cooling options for bed. Other bed cooling products/brands cost so much more. Also love it's more than that. You can use fan anywhere. Fan is very adjustable. The only flaw is no height adjustment. Bought a cheap adjustable stand from Amazon easy fix. Other than that love this fan.
