Works great, perfect size, nice price, easy to use, child proof.

Priced really nice. Easily fits in our limited Microwave space. Lots of cooking power compared to my old GE Space saver Open box offered a very attractive price break. Arrived in perfect condition in original packaging.

I was happy to find this purchase not only on sale (at the time) but in whte which I wanted. I purchased this online without ever actually seeing it in person. I am comparing it to my previous Sharpe microwave and it is a bit lighter which makes it move when I try to open the door at times. There is a child lock which is taking some getting used to. It is very dark inside as the interior is not white as I am accustomed to having but gray. This bothers me a little and the lighting is very dim inside. As far as actually cooking and heating up beverages it works fine and I have been able to figure out most of what I need without reading all of the manual. I gave it only four starts because it is hard to see inside and moves around on my microwave wood cabinet. I know for many the child lock will be a great feature but as a senior who has no young children around it can be sort of a pain. With all that said I would buy it again.

So far it has been good. We have not had it long enough to give it a 5 star. Good enough size and the power seems to be a little more than our last one. The having to hit a pre button before we put in the amount of time we want it to run is an adjustment. Maybe others like that the microwave automatically puts in minutes if you just push the numbers. However, that is not the way we cook so it is an adjustment. We hope it will last as long as the last microwave we bought from best buy.

This microwave is exactly what we were looking for. It fits the allotted space in the kitchen and has easy-to-understand features which allows us to figure out how to use it quickly. The lock-out function is simple to turn off. The power rating is good for all of our cooking needs. Its carousel is easier to set back up, because of an improved design in the hub.

Compact, attractive, good cooking options -- I bought this to replace a Sharp microwave that lasted almost 15 years, so this is a brand I highly recommend.

This SHARP replaces a similar SHARP that lasted 22 years. Here's hoping this one lasts a long time too. Microwave delivered in perfect condition and on time by a friendly gentleman. Even though item is not made as reliably SOUND as the old one, it is working well and I am happy with the purchase. I would buy it again.

I bought this on a crazy sale for $100 I think. Could not be happier with the power. Just enough to get most reheating done in 30-50 seconds for a bowl or 1:20 for a meal. If you want a strong microwave look for 1200-1300w inverter microwaves. Those are mean. PS: (There is a LARGE sticker on the door telling you how to disable the child lock when you get this thing. Its made to stop kids from dropping hot food on themselves. Law that microwaves have this after 2024 or something.)

This microwave was purchased to replace a Sharp Carousel that we had owned and used since 1995. This new model is almost identical in features as the old version. It looks great in our kitchen and runs very quietly. My only complaint is that it lacks a preprogrammed button for cooking rice, which our older model had and we used a lot. I checked the manual and Sharp did not include any instructions for cooking rice. Except for this small quibble, it's a nice microwave and I am happy with the purchase.

Purchased this for my mother to replace a Panasonic that died. Needed a smaller size microwave that could fit onto a shelf, this model fit the bill and it's 1000 watts which is a good power level for this size. Controls are similar to her previous microwave so that helps with ease of use. There is a child lock feature which i disabled, because it would just be frustrating to my elderly mom. So far, seems to be working fine!

We had a Sharp microwave that a friend gave us. It was an old one, probably one of the first to come out. We wore it out over the years. This one is a little difficult to understand at first, especially if your elderly. Once you do, you'll be glad you bought it. It's great. You can't beat Sharp products!
