    I bought this TV 11/27/19. It just went black, I can hear sound. I tried all the combinations of repair from unplugging it, to factory reset, to the remote reset. NOTHING. It came back on but you have to cut off all the lights to pitch black to see anything. I looked up the problem I guess a lot of people are having the same issuse I don't know if its ROKU or SHARP

    Bought this TV for my mom for mother's day. We set it up today and this was the picture. Good thing we are still within the 15 day policy. Unfortunately we have to return on mothers day and we had plans to take mom out

    I didn’t know what was wrong with this TV. Remote wasn’t working. Called Sharp/ Rocky they couldn’t fix the issue had to return it

    LCD screen going bad after little over a year old, Geek squad is a joke. They send out secondary providers that never show up and claim damage instead of fixing or replacing the TV

    Only had this tv for about a year and the screen went out. I own other tv's of the same brand that have been good to me but this one didn't last

    After 2 weeks of receiving it, I opened the box and didn't see the remote control. Called the customer service but she said the returned period has been over - just 2 weeks only. Think twice before buying anything from Bestbuy.

    This TV is terrible. Barely a few years old constantly doesnt work. Apps skip, pause, and shut down for no reason. Cant seem to handle streaming a show and changing the volume at the same time. Would not recommend.

    Sharp use to be one of my go to brands. No matter how you adjusted the TV or moved it. The picture never was completely clear.

    This tv lasted just a little over a year. The screen went blank. Just don't make stuff to last like they used to.
