DO NOT USE BEST BUY

Best Buy refused to refund me after speaking to several customer service agents and spending $100 on something that didn't work because they screwed up. Don't waste your money on Best Buy products when their customer service team can't even activate your product or care to help you fix it

Best buy and simple mobile poor customer service

Been having no luck activating it Paid best buy $54 for digital still after 6 hrs no activation code.. This is my 2nd day with this issue even went in person again ...

I definitely did NOT get my money's worth.
