It really is grrat for our Simplisafe equity System.

Simplisafe came with 2 outside security cameras. We bought one extra battery so we wouldn’t have any downtime while having to charge batteries. Right now we are having issues keeping any of the batteries charged. They are rated to last 3-6 months. Right now we are only lasting 3-4 days. Trying to work with customer service to resolve the problem.

If you dont like the appearance of a solar panel and the cord, this extra battery makes the recharging experience much faster and easier. I have a lot of foot traffic in from of my house. The battery last as long as my indoor camera. It needs recharged every 3-4 weeks.

The battery I purchased works as it is supposed to. It was purchased as a backup battery.

I always keep an extra charged battery handy for my 3 outdoor cameras…. When needed, I simply swap it out and charge the dead one for next time… it eliminates the need of having a down camera for several hours while battery charges.

Great to have a back up. That way you can always have your camera on.

The battery is easily removed, recharged and replaced in the outdoor cameras. By buying one additional battery, given it's ability to hold a charge for months, there was no need to hard wire the camera or to purchase the options of an electric cord (to an outlet) or a solar panel. SimpliSafe has made it possible to monitor the status of the charge.

So far so good. I’ve only had to change it once and so far it lasts a long time. The camera is in a high traffic area with a turns on a lot. Battery life from full charge to empty took about 2 months.

Works just as well as the batteries that came with my outdoor cameras. Nice to have an extra so I don’t have any downtime on a camera when it’s time to charge the battery.

Extra Battery makes it exchange lower charged battery in camera. Charges fast and LED's let you know when it is at 100%.

Direct and exact battery to replace the outdoor Simplisafe camera battery. This is the battery only, no charging cable is included. This battery is cheaper than getting it directly from Simplisafe Website.

This replacement battery for the outdoor Simplisafe camera works great. One battery is in the camera and the other can be charging so there's no downtime for the camera. Just swap out when they get low.

Takes a while to charge, but it holds it's charge like a champ! I bought this battery as a backup to my original, as not to have downtime when the other battery dies, because of charge time.

Works just as well as the original and having two makes it much easier to swap them out and recharge the dead battery.
