Needs a sleep timer

It is easy to use except there is no sleep timer as advertised. So it just stays on all the time unless you turn it off manually. All instructions about the sleep timer able to be found on internet do not work for this model. Only comes with a quick start guide. Also the app is annoying. You can’t really sort pictures or view them to pick because they’re little thumbnails.

Good photos hard to turn on for elders

The photos look grand but new photos do not come up in the queue right away. Grandkids enjoy sending photos to Grandma in a format she can see, however, so overall a good purchase.

Frame died after one day

It locked up twice and now will not even turn on. I called Photoshare customer service who advised me to return to the store. Otherwise, I loved this frame, as family was able to upload photos and videos. Purchased for family member in rehab.

Great Mother's Day Gift

My siblings and all can all easily send photos us us and her grand children to it. She set it up in a prime spot right away and loved it. It has been working great.
