These games have something for every imagination! Fun, challenges, rewards, and positive thinking re-enforcement are aplenty. Trap Team is the best in the series for older players, in my opinion. Don't forget to check out the Skylander Boy and girl videos on YouTube for plenty of information on how-to play. Happy Skylandering Portal Masters...

My 8 year old son is a huge fan of Skylander's since the first game. The entire concept is awesome. He really enjoys the figures and the video game character versions of them as well. He plays with the figures separately from the video game sometimes too. They are very detailed figures. The introduction of the traps in this game is awesome. My son loves that there is a speaker on the portal to hear the characters you have in the traps as if they were really in the traps (instead of from the screen). This starter pack came with the game, a new portal, 2 traps, and 2 skylanders. We are very pleased with this game starter pack.

Both my husband and son are really into this game. The graphics and sound are very appealing and the adventure can go several ways, depending on the characters and traps you get. The starter pack is great because you already have some to start with. What's also great is that the characters from the Giants game also work here too. Great product!

This game was purchased for a 9yr. old girl who likes the magical, mystical things like Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Percy Jackson. This game does not disappoint! The graphics, sounds, and characters are amazing! The amount of interaction that the game has with the player is unbelievable- Even a 'single player' is not alone playing this game! The traps are the best! They talk, light up and interact with the player. The characters are charming and fun to play. Our daughter loves capturing the villains and playing them as good guys. An adult watching this will be as entertained as the player! I highly recommend this for your Skylander! NOTE: To trap the villain Kaos at the end of the game, you must acquire the Kaos Trap, which was a limited edition item. This would be the one down side to this game. The Kaos Trap should be easily purchased, same as the other types of Traps. You can still beat Kaos and win the game without trapping him. This game is hours of entertaining play!

This was my nephew's christmas gift, and of course he thinks it was the perfect choice and the hottest video game available to date. Really colorful graphics, well made characters, and entertaining storyline which brings lots of fun to all the family.

The game is decent. My daughter and I played it for some time now but beware as the reviews say it is a money trap. You CANNOT Finish this game without spending more money to get more skylanders. Only then can you open the other worlds. Brilliant strategy by the game developer I have to say - but sad that you stuck it to us gamers.

my son loves this game! There's many other characters to purchase separately but it's all part of the fun. Even us adults play this game when the kids aren't around.

got this for my grandson who already has enough skylanders, but with all the new characters and vehicles and traps coming out, he just had to have it... =)

I bought this as a gift for my son. He loves Skylanders and he loves this game. Beware of all the add ons you have to buy to play the game fully.

Overall a good Skylanders game, similar to most of the past games. All of the old Skylanders can be used in the game, which is nice. The only complaint I would have with Trap Team is the fact that all elemental gates in the game can only be opened by a Trap Master of that element. So, you either go through the game only being able to open less than one eighth of the portals, or you start buying trap masters at ~$15 each.

This is the fourth game in the series. My son really enjoyed getting this for Christmas. Only thing is if you have the other games you can not use this portal to play the older three games.

This is by far the best sjylanders game. End boss is not as tough as Giants but a great game and at this price your foolish not to buy it. That said they nickel and dine you for the traps and different characters but still amazing game if you have the cash to get the extras.

Great game. It's so much better now that there's more toons to chose from. Awesome game for kids and adults. Could be cheaper or buy when on sale.

This was originally bought for our son. After playing with him one night it turned into a game that us parents play after our son is in bed. It's a lot of fun with the wide variety of characters you can play as, each having their own special attacks. Very fun to play and fun storyline with nice graphics and cool characters.

Hard to find traps for this version of Skylanders but son has been asking for this since all his friends have it. Fortunately, trap team is older so many of the parts (that you can find) are relatively cheap. This was for the PS3 version. Seems to work fine - load screens are probably faster on newer consoles and don't deter from the PS3 gameplay.

This game is such a time suck, in a good way. The whole family enjoyed playing this one. The characters are well thought out and the game play is quite amusing. Listening to the trapped bad guys talking to you through the portal never gets old.

My 8 year old son absolutely loves this game, so much much more than the 3 previous Skylanders games. I must say, the traps are so cool how they move from the speaker to the portal. Very imaginative game, got it at a great deal too!

If you're recently introduced to the world of Skylanders, try this. It's much better than Super Chargers and the price can't be beat!

The kids love all of the Skylanders games, but they are expensive. If you don't want to get into a money pit then don't get any of these games. If your kids love Skylanders then they will love this addition to the series.
