I got this on the 13th and never had a problem until 3 days after the return period ended on the 27th and now it won't boot and displays a black screen and restarts after few minutes still with a black screen

Worst purchase ever

Of course, because this was a gift, Best Buy's (very short) return period expired so now I have to see if this piece of junk can be repaired. I also called Skytech for support, was literally on hold for 2 hours, and was told to plug it in and hit the power button. No help at all.

Blue Screened Upon Start Up

This is the second time I’ve bought a computer from Best Buy and it had a blue screen of death right out of the box. Now I have to take the time to repackage it and either exchange it for a new one if its in stock or get refunded.
