I had to redo the setup 3 times over a week before it worked consistently. After i worked out the issues its been working great.

I couldn't do it by myself the first time, so I called the company for support. They ended up sending me another lock. I wasn't able to install the new lock either, so I contacted the Geek Squad. They came and weren't able to install it either. Apparently, the wifi card was broken. During all this time it was impossible to talk to a person from Eufy. Thier customer service is awful!

Plenty if options to cuatijize the lock and the video capture of anything that passes in front of your door. A little pricey but worth the extra cost for what it gives yoy.
