A little hard finding one of the Best Buy locations that would accept motorcycles. Tech advised me that the components I purchased would not work and suggested a different setup.

These people were really good installing my Car Connect Bluetooth Hands-Free. Besides, They advised me to return a couple of items that where not needed for installation, it's traduced in some money savings.

Installed perfectly in my wifes Volvo C-70. Works every bit as good as advertised by the manufacturer and the installing technician. Would highly recommend this item.

While the controls are not the easiest to interpret and instructions are hard to come by, it is still the best option for playing content from my iPod on a stereo that is otherwise no compatible with USB connections.

Install was a little sub par, but so far so good. Great sound integration. Was my only option since my stereo includes my climate control, and overall am satisfied.

I absolutely love this product when it works, the problem is it goes off line often and I have to go back to the store to get it reconnected to the Bluetooth.

My daughter is so happy with her Christmas gift. I'm not happy that it took 3 phone calls and my husband going down there to get an installation appt but everything turned out well.

this store actually has a good geek squad/audio group. I can't say much for the inside people - never have been very concerned about customers. But, the car audio people are the bomb.

I was not looking forward to the install, expecting problems and hassles. But all went as they said with good result. A few extra charges not previously discussed but they were reasonable add ons.

Best Buy Tech Zack, installed an auxiliary cable connector for me and I was so impressed. He helped me choose the best option and then installed it in less than an hour.

The quality of the work was excellent, but the work started later than quoted, which is only a minor annoyance.
