Very bad service from Best Buy

I used it for one day as well as possible despite being a low quality drone and the next day the remote control does not link to the drone and the drone stayed with the lights fixed in blue, I spoke to Best Buy but they do not want to return my money since I am in Argentina, so I spoke to Snaptain and they told me that they can return the money since they do not need the drone. I am going to attach the email screenshots and more information. Next year I am going to go to Best Buy again and they are going to have to give me an explanation. I have been a customer for many years since every time I go I buy some things but the truth is that this situation seems shameful to me

The only drawback was it doesn’t have a 3-4 axe gamble. The picture quality was okay for beginners but when you get above one thousand feet you start to have unstable quality in the formation of the pixelated apparatus! Just stay below one thousand feet and you will be fine! The battery life was astounding! I have never had a drone that could fly as lone and as far on one charge as this one did.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This drone doesn’t have a good performance, it was so difficult to turn on the remote control even after changing it to 100%, the same happened with the drone’s battery , it supposed to be working for at least 27 minutes but when I tried to fly it it was only 5 minutes in the air to give me an advice about low battery and dropped to the ground dead. Don’t waste your money on this drone model it is not worth.
