Look if you just have the single soundbar then you don't need this. If you want to addon like I did and start to add satelite speakers and maybe a bass eventually, you should buy this. This cuts through all the BS of dealing with wifi and wired connections in your home and allows you to just directly connect to this and have this ensure the signal is strong. I just wish it came in black.....

Great product to have if you have several wireless Sonos speakers in your ecosystem. I have the Arc, Sub, and two One SL speakers using the boost and it definitely helps having the boost. I haven’t had any issues with my Sonos speakers audio quality, considering the other numerous devices eating up bandwidth on my WiFi. I would get this if you have several Sonos products using your WiFi.

Sonos boost extended a strong wifi signal much farther than previous.

Wanted a good wireless system for my living room tv and got so much more! I love that I can have speakers in any room, my patio and garage and play anything I want through my iPhone and not interrupt the tv. Sonos is the best purchase ever!!!

The Best Buy sales rep i spoke with before i purchased my Sonos system was unaware that you have to have this wireless transmitter to link the sub to the play bar. Not much else to say other then once its plugged in it allows the sub to work.

I am not sure I needed this but figured for the price and what I paid for the Sonos surround, i wanted to ensure everything worked and I did not experience wifi issues. All has worked perfectly and so I am fine with this purchase.

If you have multiple Sonos products in your home, this is the product you need. It just connects to your home router and this will help connect each of your Sonos products wirelessly throughout your home or where ever you have them.

The Boost makes it simple to segregate your WiFi traffic to normal WiFi and SonosNet only WiFi. The signal strength from the Boost is sufficient even in those areas where your home WiFi won't reach. Sound investment.

Purchased 2 Sonos Play 1 to be used with my Sonos Playbar for a surround sound system. Also connected a Boost Wireless Speaker Transmitter. Love the surround sound experience we get from this set-up.

Tired of music dropping out while streaming so converted to the Sonos system and with the Bridge boost it all works seamlessly now. Great system and with a router on one floor and speakers on another, the boost is recommended.

The boost is perfect for those who don't want to use their wifi as their base carrier for sonos audio. It's like having an entire separate wifi just for sonos audio. This leaves your wifi unclogged and uncluttered.

I really really recommend this to anyone who has multiple Sonos devices and multiple other devices connected to your internet network. The Sonos boost easily connect to your router and creates its own network separate from the main network to house all of your Sonos devices allowing for a smooth interrupted connection. Might not be useful if you only have one or two Sonos devices.

Help solved the issue I had with drop out of my music. Now my Sonos system is on it's own network. You can achieve the same results however when any Sonos speaker or amp has an Ethernet hard wired connection.

Helps with signal most of the time, needs to be in open area.

Your must also purchase the boost and in our case the connect from Sonos to make the system work, you need the connect with the boost only if you would like to integrate your TV with the speakers, it has a line in for TV.
