Perfect for PS5

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen resolution wise its very good and the quality is of good, only downside is that I don’t know why they didn’t include an HDMI cable, so you’ll have to have one already, also the unit itself kind of feels cheap, in a way that you can’t turn the scren side to side, you have to turn the whole unit. If you want to run 4K 144Hz on your PC, you’ll need and RTX 2000 series or newer card because I have a 1660 Super, and it struggles on it, so I’ll need to upgrade my GPU in the future

You do have the option to mount the monitor on a wall and use a VESA compatible wall mount bracket that swivels. Make sure that it supports the 100x100mm hole pattern. For product protection and safety reasons, Sony strongly recommends that the installation of the monitor on a wall be performed by qualified professionals. Do not attempt to install it yourself.
HDMI and display port cables are also readily available through your local Sony dealer and online retailers. Make sure to purchase a High Speed HDMI cable or the latest version of a display port cable for optimum performance.
Please note that the 144Hz function is only supported via DP/USB-C (DP Alt Mode). For more information, please refer to this link:

Really solid monitor, great for 4k

Great Monitor

PS5 compatibility is great however it doesn't work with the media remote. Audio is terrible.

Please make sure that your INZONE M9 is updated to the latest firmware which is available by accessing the INZONE Hub. If the monitor doesn’t recognize a source it will go into standby mode. This can be adjusted in the settings via the built-in display and buttons or easily within the INZONE Hub. Great for a PS5

The picture it gives is for everything is just great, whether it is for games or streaming services/movies. To take full advantage of the monitor with the PS5, you will want to get an HDMI 2.1 cable. Setting up the monitor is relatively simple, I didn't even have to read the instructions to set it up on my own. The one small very minor thing it does that is not so great is every time you open or close a game it scans for inputs to reset the picture. If you update the firmware for it, the latest version makes the time it takes for this take less time. You'll need a computer connected to it with HDMI and a USB-C upstream cable to update the firmware with Sony's site.

Don’t stray from an open box!

For some reason the mini LEDs had horrible refresh rates at lower fps and made reaction based games horrible. This one is great. Might not do as well in a bright room. But for console it is great. I will say the port locations are horrendous and tedious. However, that is a minimal frustration for myself. The menu buttons on the monitors without remotes always feel somewhat difficult but this one wa easier than others.

Being able to additionally run it on 120 HZ mode while playing in 4K is also a nifty feature that changes the game entirely.

very good for laptop if used alone

I personally use the low setting. Amazing picture quality. bought for ps5. motion and colors are so smooth. monitor looks great in sdr as well, in fact I turn off hdr in ps5 settings, prefer the less intense colors and darkness.

This monitor automatically selects the input to which the signal is being input. If there are multiple input signals, the inputs are selected in the following order of priority. HDMI 1→HDMI 2→DisplayPort→USB-C. You can also switch the input manually, using the joystick. Press the joystick on the rear of the monitor. The menu is displayed. Move the joystick to the left. The input selection menu is displayed. Select the desired input. Press the joystick. The input switches to the one selected. I finally came across this one! It’s a very good monitor, the performance of this thing is brilliant. It has a beautiful display, while also having VRR which is a life changer on PS5. Having 120HZ and VRR on in 4k is brilliant. I genuinely love playing warzone and FPS games on this thing because of the FPS Mode! It’s a great monitor with great response time and performance! If you’re a competitive gamer, or you just want the highest quality monitor you can get for PS5, I would absolutely recommend this. It’s the best monitor I’ve had by far. Brilliant stuff.

Best 27 inch monitor out there!

I really like the color accuracy of this monitor. The speakers on this monitor is the weakest part of the monitor, but everybody should invest in some headphones or computer speakers anyway so no big deal there. It has all the gaming features that you need whether you’re a hardcore gamer or a casual one like myself, you’ll be satisfied trust me. Never goong back to gaming on a tv.
