Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great screen and picture, completely ruined by the worst firmware I’ve ever seen on any monitor. This monitor has serious issues connecting to mac, PC, game system, you name it. I tried DP, usb C, and HDMI, all have the same issue with the firmware “handshake”process. I did IT work in the field for five years and have seen thousands of monitors, this is the most baffling monitor I’ve ever dealt with. Do not buy. Sony used to make quality products, what happened with them to release something like this?

It did NOT turn on I have tried Sonys “solutions” they have posted online and nothing works. Keep in mind that since the day I bought it the monitor has not MOVED from the spot it was placed. Save your money and go with ASUS if you are going to purchase a $800 monitor. Youre welcome!
