Setup takes too much time and settings do not correspond with traditional color settings to make matters worse. There should be professional call assistance available as part of the price.

Instead of taking the chance of another open box I bought new and the tv is beautiful. I am mainly using it for my ps5 and light tv watching.

Great- but wish brightness toggling was faster.

I wish there was one brightness dial; as-is, there's both a peak luminance and power saving. Based on the content I'm consuming- I have the display set extremely dim to prevent burn-in or full on bright; I wish it was quicker to toggle this. Secondly- when powering on the TV, it sometimes cuts to black for a split second every 10 seconds. I need to reboot the TV to resolve this. I wish there was some way to fix this.

Picture quality of this unit ans well as my 55" A90J is stunning. Regretfully, the sissy remotes supplied with both, are just that, I need a full featured remote. Too bad I've had to buy that separately, therefore I've deducted one star.

Satisfied with Sony 42" Bravia XR OLED UHD TV

The TV was purchased out of the box, so we had to purchase a Remote. Otherwise, the TV works great the clarity of the screen is perfect, everything runs well, so far we have had many hours of Gaming and movies and video pleasure. We have installed it to my sons bedroom wall and he loves it.
