OLED...not so great in 2022

The Motionflow on the newer Sonys are horrible! I return it, hope Sony addresses the judder in the Motionflow in 5here new sets. I have a Sony 40in purchased back in 2016 it has a smooth perfect picture during dast movements or dast panning. The picture is as good as a old Sony TV Trinatron back in the day. Please Sony Correct this Proble Hate The Soap Opra effect!!!@

We regret to hear that you were not satisfied with the TV. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. For optimum performance, it is recommended to install the latest software version of the TV.
The Motionflow function creates interpolated images to make the picture smooth. Therefore, video noise may appear in fast-moving scenes or switching between scenes on your TV. If there's too much noise, change the Motionflow settings:
-On the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
-Select the Settings icon.
-Select Display & Sound → Picture → Motion → Motionflow.
The video you're currently playing appears on the screen. While watching the video, use the arrow buttons on the remote to select a different mode that reduces the noise.
Note: If the issue still occurs, choose Custom and adjust the Smoothness setting.

Posted .Hi none, We regret to hear that the picture and audio is out of sync. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. Allow us to help you and turn your experience around.
There are a number of circumstances that can cause the audio and video to be out of sync.
1. If watching a TV program, it could be the broadcast itself or a bad connection between your cable/satellite set-top box (if applicable).
2. If a DVD or Blu-ray Disc® player is connected, a poor connection or the disc itself could be the cause.
3. When connected to a home theater system with a digital optical cable, then there may be an audio delay that requires a manual adjustment on the home theater system. There may even be a setting on the TV itself causing this issue.
If the TV is connected to a soundbar or home theater system (with an HDMI cable or optical cable), the sound may be delayed due to audio processing delays in the soundbar or home theater system. In such cases, there are no issues with the TV speakers.

Would get a distorted image but worked fine with my monitor without a problem so I know its not the PC. VRR didnt work with my PS5, would say not supported and tried multiple HDMI cables to see if it was that. Just as a TV its really good

This has been working great and is very clear. The biggest problem with any LG based oled monitor is the automatic brightness dimming which is very annoying when reading articles as it’ll gradually get darker and darker. This one does autodim but it doesnt get aggressive as the LG. This costs more than all the Lg 48 c2, aorus 48, and lg ultra gear 48, but i am keeping this due to its practicality.

Excellent as a TV and monitor

Before getting this TV, I had read two complaints: (1) low max brightness and (2) poor text quality. Neither of these has been an issue at all for me. It is perfectly bright for sustained periods and the text is fine. Neither are as good as a retina Apple screen, but I have found them to be perfectly fine. I use scaling to maybe a 2k level space. I also use it for console gaming, and it is fantastic for that.
