Bought this for my daughter's room as hers decided to crash just before Christmas using the right HDMI cables this TV has an amazing picture its almost like being there. Also got for a great price.

After looking carefully at all the models at Best Buy we decided on this one. We find the picture quality to be excellent! Anything bigger than this is overkill especially if you are putting it in your living room!

all I can say is that the TV is great. we had problems and management replaced 1st TV but the 2nd TV no problems up and going in about 30 minutes. still plenty of things to learn about operations. Highly recommend the TV.

After much research prior to purchasing this television, I decided to pick it up at my local BestBuy and hooked it up and was blown away by the out of box picture quality and with a little fine-tuning picture blew away even my old Samsung plasma with non-HDR content.

This Sony 49" replaced a 42" Sony Plasma that developed some problems. The new Sony has much better picture detail and color with all the features of the new technology.

What an exceptional TV. My only regret was waiting so long to make this purchase. The quality of the picture and sound is simply too much for words to express.

I tried the Samsung 49” QLED TV and it looked terrible. The bigger Qleds look better in the store but when I got the Samsung home it had a bad picture. I returned it and got the Sony. I was like night and day.

I have been looking for a replacement of my 50 inch tv in my living room. I looked at LG, Samsung and Sony. After looking at all 3 models, the Sony was the best choice for the me and it has lived up to all of my expectations. The quality of the picture is impressive.

This tv is awesome. The lighting is perfect and the picture is like none other. I watch it nearly everyday and it really helps me relax in the evening after a long day. It was a much needed birthday gift to myself.

This tv is worth the money! It has a great picture with vivid colors. I was so impressed with it, that a month later I bought a slightly smaller version for my bedroom. .... Both TVs replaced working TVs, simply because the picture quality was so amazing.

what sold me was how clear and real everything looked when I turned it on, thanks to the sales person who helped me select what I wanted in picture quality. I’m very satisfied and would recommend this Sony tv to anyone looking for great picture quality.

it has a great picture, i was lucky and got a good one. the size is nice too i can't get anything bigger don't have the room so i am glad they had a mid range tv in this size. i wish they made high end tv in this size hint, hint. overall i am very happy with my purchase

While OLED TV's appear to have the best picture quality available their price is considerably higher. In addition a 50" TV was the largest I could use and OLED's smallest models are 55". This Sony was the best choice available after looking at many brands

I needed a smaller tv for the living room mantle and this tv did not disappoint. It was easy to set up and the picture quality is very good. It has better specifications than other similarly priced tv’s. My only regret is not getting the 55” instead.

As I understand it, this is the smallest size Sony TV with these technical specs that is available - i am very happy with the screen size for my bedroom; and happy as i always am with Sony quality & features. I would recommend this TV to everyone!

GREAT Picture. OUTSTANDING Audio....absolutely no sound-bar needed !! Many settings to optimize your viewing enjoyment. Lots of apps to take advantage of. The guy from the Geek Squad was VERY helpful and took his time to explain things to us.

Very pleased with this TV. The picture quality is excellent. I have an average size living room and this is the perfect size TV for the room. Not overpowering and viewable from different angles where necessary. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Lots of options to adjust picture and also several presets for sports, gaming, streaming, or film content. The available apps are also plentiful. This is my first 4K tv and I’m very pleased.

Originally bought the best 49” Samsung QLED,but returned it because of the picture quality and lagging. This tv was a fair amount higher, but so worth it. The picture quality is the best.

I had another TV which was too big and I did not like the colored pictures. So I bought this Sony 49" --- 900 series. It was installed by professional and the color is superb. Happy customer.!!!
