Awesome tv. Clear picture and works as advertised.

Everything about this TV is up to Sony high standards as usual. I've had Sonys for years, because the resolution is so good. I would definitely recommend buying this one. It was just rated best overall in the current Consumer Report magazine. I had also researched it myself online.

I would have preferred to have Geek Squad install it. but they are not available during this current situation. i hope to have them out at some point to help with some things that it is not doing or i just dont know how to make it do what i want. Thanks Charlie Coradino

I looked for long time for the best TV for our room that had all the features. This TV does not disappoint. We love it! The Geek Squad representative hooked-up our new TV to our cable and blue ray and we're in business. Thank you Best Buy!

I’ve had the tv for about 2 weeks. The installation Best Buy provided went very smoothly. They even fished the cords down low to the outlet so you couldn’t see them from the tv to the shelf where the equipment sits. I give my installer (and my tv) a 10! Thank you Best Buy.

A great TV. Android TV is really good and convenient that it has chromecast built in, as I have taken full advantage of it. The UI is a bit slow at times and it can get a little annoying but for the most part you can work with it well. Colors are super vibrant but they are not oversaturated.

I find it confusing. Instructions seem vague. Beautiful picture

I like this TV, great color & sound. The Sony version of Alexa doesn't work very well.

I put this in my master bedroom which is quite small but it is perfect. I could not be happier. I only rated the ease of operation because it's probably easy for youngsters, but I grew up having to get up to change the channel. So, it's pretty greek to me.

Nice TV. Not a big Sony fan but I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tv.

I've had this TV for about a week and so far it has been pretty good. It is replacing a Samsung 8500 series TV that died on me in less than three years. Hopefully this TV holds up a little better. The customer service I received at the store was very helpful but I was a little irritated that they could not do anything for me in terms of a reduced price or thrown in warranty since the last TV I bought from them died so quickly.

This is a great TV but if your into Dolby Vision do not buy a Sony TV. Sony uses Low Latency Dolby Vision and it sucks. When you turn it on the Dolby Vision picture is very dark compared to the HDR picture. Sony do Dolby Vision right or don't do it at all.

Great TV, Easy to set up and looks nice in room. Has a great picture for TV at this price.

this tv is surprisingly clear and the image is, the best word to describe it is wow..

Clear image, however sound not that great, prefer to have base tower than thin legs

Sony is a reputable brand, they always have cutting edge technology. Best Buy is a reputable seller. I especially like and have used their price guarantee. I trust both Sony and Best Buy.

Great tv, it’s like a mini version of the big 4K Sony offers but with the same great high quality screen it’s like looking thru a window sometimes great tv for a room I have it hung on the wall highly recommend 10/10
